0.33 l bottle from ’drankgigant.nl’, bottled in April 2015 (two years old). Clear, very dark red with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish, malty, rather fruity and slightly boozy aroma of raisins, prunes, figs, vanilla, coconut and lots of whisky. Rather sweet, malty, quite fruity and a bit spicy taste of raisins, prunes, vanilla, oak, lots of whisky, caramel, some coconut and a touch of chocolate, followed by a very long, moderately bitter, slightly yeasty-spicy and very boozy, almost peppery finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very complex and intense stuff, a bit too boozy and heavy on the whisky for my taste though, nevertheless a very nice sipper. Korcz (3388) - Warsaw, POLAND - FEB 2, 2017
Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Znów - za dużo alko, dość puste w smaku. gegwilson (3866) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 23, 2016
Bottle as a birthday gift from Pix. Cheers! Pours deep brown with a rim of cream froth. Heavey scotch whiskey aroma with caramel, smoke and booze. The taste is sweet and fruity to begin with raisin and spice before caramel and the scotch flavours come theough in the finish. Warming booze - the alcohol is pretty evident here. Rich and tasty.

Bottled at Frape. Almost black color with a beige head. Roasted nose. Aroma is dried fruits, oak barrel, alcohol stings, roasted malts. Flavor is caramel, licorice, peated and more alcohol. Alcohol comes out very much at the end. k0mpsa (3314) - Tuusula, FINLAND - MAR 26, 2016
Bottle at tuulensuu, tampere. Clear almost black color, tanned head. Aroma has sweet malts, something weird maybe from whiskey. Nice balanced body, wet wood, whiskey, some cherry notes. jerohen (2404) - Bussum, NETHERLANDS - MAR 13, 2016
Bottled from biernavigatie.nl. Black appearance, brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, oak, bourbon/whisky, vanilla, chocolate, coffee, hint of licorice, rye, impressive. Malty flavor, wood, vanilla, liquorice, quite some alcohol, brown sugar. Complex but very heavy. I was deeply impressed after a few first sips, but had difficulties finishing the whole bottle because it is so boozy. Christos (5976) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - JAN 20, 2016

Brown coloured body, one finger of thick, light beige head on top, with very good retention.
Fruity aroma, with light dark fruits, pears, soft whiskey notes.
Taste follows, dark fruits, plums, light figs, pears, nice whiskey touches, alcohol on the finish.
Medium body, nicely carbonated.
Great, one of the best I had from Het Uiltje. kraddel (9667) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - JAN 19, 2016
