Black with thin head. Aroma and flavour have sherry and dried fruits. Dark roasted malts. Moderate wood. Silky, oily texture.

Medium body, iets dun, zacht koolzuur. Afdronk is warm , licht roasty en droog bitter.

Bottled from HetBierMoment.nl. Opaque dark brown colored, small beige head. Remarkable nose, medicinal, wood, whisky malt. Sweet malty flavor, wood, medicinal, whisky. Nice, but at this ABV i expected more complexity. And it may have been coincidental, but all Uiltje brews I've had lately are pretty damn sweet. Bring back the hops guys ;-).

matbli (517) - Poznan, POLAND - NOV 24, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 24, 2017 Pours dark brown with no head. Aroma of chocolate with light marzipan, caramel, raisins, oak and a lot of alcohol. in taste medium sweetness with a light roasty bitter finish. Quite watery for an imperial porter. Very boozy and strongly warming.
