COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You are probably familiar with the original Mind Your Step. We have had a lot of positive feedback on that badboy, so we made it have a night in the sack, and this is his little brother. Well, little… that isn’t the right way to call him, because this Mind Your Step Coffee Edition is brewed with juniper, cranberries, aged with american oak chips and has a ton of coffee in it. So please.. MIND YOUR STEP!! Malt: Pale, Cara, Rye & Amber Hops: East Kent Golding, Bramling X & Athanum Extra: Juniper, cranberries, aged with american oak chips and a ton of coffee!

20cl on tap @ Uiltje Bar Haarlem. Pours Black with a small white foam. Nose is on coffee beans and so is the taste. Lots of coffee beans, with smoked and roasted malts flavors. ABV is a little too much on the aftertaste.

Bottle from Kaapse Bottle Shop, Rotterdam, Netherlands, consumed at home Saturday 14th October 2017 whilst eating Spinach & Ricotta Enchiladas in the company of Mum and Keith. Pours black with a beige head. Lots of coffee and a little chocolate on the nose. Chocolate, coffee, vanilla and a fruity bite in the mouth along with a steady roast edge. Nice beer. Svesse (8731) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - OCT 13, 2017
(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 29 July 2017) Black colour with lasting, creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with coffee, caramel and dark chocolate. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, blueberries, caramel, a touch of anise and a generous coffee bitterness in a slightly vinous finish. Full body, heavy and oily mouthfeel. A touch of sweetness. Strong and powerful, but surprisingly well balanced for its strength. Impressive, and quite lovely.
