Alkoholowe, słodkie, karmelowe. Generalnie ciekawy pomysł, tak czy siak lepsze niż Lodołamacz i to zdecydowanie Hopverdju (1199) - BELGIUM - JUN 13, 2017
Amber/oranjekleurig bier met weinig wit schuim. Geur: Hoppig, zweterig, hooi, alcoholisch. Smaak: verwarmend alcoholisch, licht zoet, licht hopbitter, ietwat harsachtig. Volmondig, wat vettig op de tong. Weinig tot matige koolzuurprikkel. Maarten1993 (1230) - Nijmegen, NETHERLANDS - JUN 11, 2017
Drank at VCBF 10-06-17. Very thick beer. Quite ipa-ish, not too malty for an IIPA. Lots of lingering alcohol heat afterwards. Good one! Ferris (15020) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 16, 2017
Draft - Holy shit this is going to kill me. Generous pour is not always a good thing.... Lupulin oils and some caramel. Clear copper with a rich beige head. Intense hop notes, touch woody, with a bit of treacle toffee. Not great, but decent and actually better than the expected. Heat going down is killing my heartburn. Bottle thanks to Ken at Craft Islington. It pours hazy / cloudy bright orange with a small white head. The aroma is rich, sweet, sticky, marzipan, bakeweel tart, oily hoppage, spice and some green grassy action. The taste is slcik, rich, oily, chewy malt, vanilla ice - cream, resinous, piney, oak, dull warming alcohol and pineapple cake. Finish is slick and oily. Medium+ body, and moderate+ foamy carbonation. Surprisingly hides the abv well. It works and is rather good fun. Nice work!

Small yellowish head over fully hazy orange-golden beer, fine & lazy carbonation. Intense citrussy - fruity hops’ nose with an extra, as concentrated oil from the (lemon)peel. Something of fresh hay. Bitter - concentrated hopoil/lupulin extract. Again the marmalade/ citrus(lemon, orange, kumquat)peel; bit like the orange filling for dark chocolates. It’s indeed unidimensional - but in a good, acceptable way... provided you’re a bit of a hophead. Rather sweet maltbase, but the hoppower balances it perfectly. Thick, syrupy, chewy MF; just enough carbonation. Some alcoholwarming. Like it, definitely! MrTipple (4803) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 6, 2017
Resin, pine, tropical fruits syrup, overripe papaya and mango, sweet citrus fruits, orange. Hazy, dark gold, small, creamy, off-white head. Heavy sweet, orange, tangerine, overripe mango, soft carbonation, full bodied, alcohol, bittersweet finish. Quite a sweet IIPA, a touch too sweet and syrupy for me, would never have guessed this is 21% ABV! Bottle shared at CBC Islington tasting - thanks to madmitch76! Bottle @ home shared by Dutchdrebus. Clear dark orange color, small off-white head. Smell and taste are both heavy, yet not too alcoholic. Quite hoppy still, resinous a little, sticky hoppiness and sticky texture, sweet. Heavy. DutchDrebus (5959) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - MAY 5, 2017
Bottle @ benzai. Hazy orange with a small white head. Smells cloyingly sweet, alcohol, barleywine. Tastes very sweet, barley wine, fruity. This is the stuff that’ll kill me someday. Too alcoholic. Thompson (707) - - MAY 5, 2017
