Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at the Taco Mac in Atlanta, GA. The appearance is a pitch black color with a medium sized tan head. The aroma is chocolate and coffee. The taste matches the nose. An excellent beer. dwyerpg (6180) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - MAR 6, 2012
This is nice. Some light but adequately roasty chocolate flavor. A surprisingly thick beer for the flavor and alcohol content. Good.

Pours black, khaki head with nice lacing to bottom. Little smoky, roasty and some plum on the end of the nose. Taste is clean, smoke is there but not overwhelming, nice creamy mouthfeel. Amazing this beer has so much going on for 4% bedaleda (2) - - MAR 2, 2013 does not count
Great beer but it could be some more ABV. Nice dark colour and head. The carbonate could also been increased. Overall ok but not more. Wonderful label though!
