COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Croggy Brett Saison is brewed with a hefty dose of mosaic hops, un-malted wheat, and rolled oats. This Saison possesses a tropical fruit character and snappy aroma that partners perfectly with the crisp, dry tartness of the Brettanomyces yeast. Pop the cork and hang on for the ride.

Draught at Hop Cat. Clean looking orange with some sweetness that, to me, counters any brett. Ok.

Clear golden under a rocky thin white cap. Stinky Brettanomyces filled nose thats like barnyard and socks and olive. Crisp and bright fruity flavor thats appropriately funky and gently tart with a bright grape and apricot tone. Interesting. Stinky but flavorful and complex.

On Tap slightly hazy irange golden. Thin wispy white head and lacing. Pale golden malts, some caramel light toast. Mild bret character, and modest saison yeast notes. A pretty mild easy to drink example of this style.
