Awesome Brett flavor. Refreshingly tart and tasty. Not overly tart but really good flavor.

October 31st, 2017 - Stashed away on a sale shelf at my local liquor store, this poor Uinta brew sat unloved. Probably because the summer is so distinctly summer, and recent torture at the hands of the Santa Ana winds has exhausted San Diego’s tolerance for heat, it was exiled to a sales corner. But that’s where frugal minded persons beeline to, and I simply had to bring it home. Clear and hazy, it looks like a refreshing summer brew, with a nose filled with white grapes and a nice saison grain profile. The profile is similarly sophisticated, refreshingly acidic and a palate that is light without being thin or grueling. It’s good stuff, and while it doesns’t fit the Fall chill that has finally deigned to descend on San Diego, the bargain basement price makes it taste all the sweeter. On tap at Beer NV. Clear light golden amber. Thin white head. Bright and fruity. Slightly tart. Notes of apple and pear. Medium body. Very drinkable with a clean finish. A nice summer drink. Travlr (26938) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAY 29, 2017
Bottle. Crystal clear golden yellow color big fluffy white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of peppery stone fruit covered in cobwebs and left in attic corners. Taste is very fruity, dusty dry. Very tasty. csaso (2363) - Missouri, USA - MAY 1, 2017
Bottle - average size foamy head, fairly clear medium gold color, beautifully balanced aroma and flavor with moderate fruity notes, fair Brett yeasty spice, light but solid malt/wheat backbone, excellent overall, went really good with the lamb chops I grilled

Draft. Small off-white head atop crystal clear apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, Brett, some funk, light cherry, grapefruit. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, some Brett, light white pepper. Light-medium body, light acidity. glennmastrange (2948) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - APR 24, 2017
Bottle. Moderate to heavy hay and straw for the malt, light to moderate grass for the hops, moderate musty basement for the yeast, with apple and apricot in the background. Head is average sized, frothy white with some slippery lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is clear medium amber. Flavor starts slightly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes slightly and a little bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery, with a lively carbonation. Not spot on in taste for a Saison, but it sure smells farmhouse-y. iguanodon (163) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - APR 22, 2017
750 ml bottle. Pours clear gold with a white head that disappears quickly. Steady fine carbonation rising from bottom of glass. Funky brett aroma with a little grass and straw. Taste is very dry, tart, with a little white grape, apple, grass. Not bad butnot great, considering what I paid for this I won’t be getting another one. beastiefan2k (4230) - HdG (past: NYC, KS, Rain City), Maryland, USA - MAR 17, 2017
32oz growler from Stateline Liquors. Ben sipping on this for a while. This beer seemed very solid from the small sample but 32oz help get a better feel. Aroma has a present brettiness but it’s muddled by some slickness and sweetness. The brett is also a lightly oily, a little herbal but not clear and centered. Flavor follows suit with some light peach esters, a slick mouthfeel and a lightly herbal and bitter brett. Just a messy version of similar but better executions if a bretty saison. I love brett, so it’s doable but for the cost of the bottles, I see no reason to return. slowrunner77 (13368) - Reno, Nevada, USA - MAR 10, 2017
Expected a little more here...very lightly funky and dry, but with a plasticky aroma and aftertaste. Hay and wheat as well, a little tart with a hint of citrus. Just ok, which is fine in a 12 oz format. Not so much in a more expensive 750.
