Pours a slightly hazy dark golden yellow with a small white top. Aroma is light grain, tart farmy finish and a touch of hops. Taste is much the same, a little paint thinner, Big tart with lemon and yeast. Interesting. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - SEP 30, 2016
Bottle:   Orangish straw, hazy, large foamy white head, spotty lacing.   Bright nose, tart, seems sour.   Tart wheatiness on the tongue, go so far as to say sour.   Fairly bright.   Pretty tasty, its like a big Gose or something.   Moderate to full body and mouthfeel.   Simply sour wheatiness... hard to explain.   Big Gose... does that work? Bottle from cellar. Cloudy gold color, pours with white foam that quickly dissipates. Farmhouse aroma that does not indicate sourness though the taste is nicely sour! Very good. oldrtybastrd (5002) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - APR 13, 2016
Pours a cloudy golden yellow with fluffy head. Aromas of citrus, hops, yeast, and some funk. Flavors of sour fruit, funk, and some nice citrus notes. AirForceHops (7144) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - JAN 9, 2016

The flavor is funky yeast, light cereal grain with some light malt sweetness in the center. Very soft lemon tartness in the finish. I don’t get any spice and the sourness is not sour, just lightly tart. Body is medium with a slick/ oily texture over the palate. Pretty easy to drink after the age.
750 cc from Wegman’s. Hazy gold pour with minimal head. Nose is fruit, yeasty funk, some hops. Tastes malty, somewhat fruity, with some yeasty funk, citrus. Tart finish. Mediocre. zach8270 (4022) - Henrietta, New York, USA - NOV 5, 2015
(bottle - corked & caged 750 ml) Ruby pour with a fizzy off-white head. Tart and funky aroma with some good hints of sweetness underneath. Flavor is incredibly tart and zesty. Lots of sourness coming through at the end. Glad I have another bottle to age a bit. [9/11/15] TheCaptMatey (213) - Ohio, USA - AUG 24, 2015
Poured a pale gold with a white head that left no lacing. Plenty of visible carbonation. Aroma is sour yeast, faint spice, and citrus. Flavor is candy like sweetness, citrus and peppery and earthy spice followed by a sour and tart fruity finish. Medium bodied with a effervescent carbonation. Very surprised by how sour this was, but I still enjoy it. Martinus (4601) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - AUG 19, 2015
Golden colour, white head. Sour aroma, candy, quite spicy, coriander(?). Sour flavour, malts, candy and lots of spices. Sour finish, lemon, spices. jb (3221) - Rochester, New York, USA - JUL 15, 2015

Very nice looking, light bright unfiltered orange. Thick white head. Lacing not there. Nose is interesting, biscuits, lots of soft fruit, berries, apples. Yeasty notes, cereal. Wow lip smacking. Yowsa. Liked. Palate thins out though after the initial blast. Medium sticky initial mouthfeel, neutral watery finish.
