this is an incredible sour cherry, drinks like some of the best belgian sours, effervescent with a dry finish, plenty of cherry in the nose and the body. unclemattie (4358) - Georgia, USA - OCT 21, 2012
750mL bottle, caged & corked. $21.99, Weinhaus, Asheville. Pink color, white foam. Aroma of sweet malts, tart cherry essence, and wild yeast tartness. Lively carbonation. Mild flavor. Tastes of fizzy wheat, some juice essence, very light berry character. Very light bodied, crisp & refreshing. A very thirst-quenching finish. There is a slight taste of cork hidden in the end. Tasty. Very subtle sweetness, I don’t see any benefit of letting this one age. Some dryness may add character, although I think its great fresh. (3496)

Happy 2nd Birthday, unclemattie jr.
750mL shared by jaxbeerhonk during CBC 2013. Thanks bro! Cherry, tart, funk, and some maltiness. A little thin maybe, but I don’t see all the hate up in this bitch (maybe a few too deep when I had this?) dwyerpg (6076) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - AUG 23, 2012
Didn’t get much in the way of aroma, but a decent pink color. I thought this was pretty tasty. Not real sour or funky, but enough to balance the sweetness. Almost that a starter version of a sour. Enjoyable. Ibrew2or3 (8607) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - JUN 1, 2012
Big thanks to dcschiller for this, thanks Dave. It pours cherry colored amber with tan looking head. The aroma offers up cherry fruit notes, semi bright semi tart yeastiness, spices and herbally nuances. The taste is similar as cherry meat mixes with a sparkling water sensation that creates brighter than expected notes heading into saison like spiciness and some yeast. This is crisp and fresh tasting with a pleasingly forward cherry fruitiness. Great summertime beer here.

750 mL bottle from State Line Liquors, bottled 3/20/12. Pours a clear red color with a large frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of tart cherries, earth, citrus, mild vegetal notes. The taste is intense tart cherries, caramel, citrus, some peppery spice. Medium bodied, lingering tartness, high carbonation, nicely sour. Nice beer. (Rating #6304) tcon25 (821) - Duvall, Washington, USA - JUN 8, 2015
On draft at bambinos Seattle, Been a long time sense I was here, on my way to the airport thought I’d stop by. Copper pour, soured fruit aroma, tart taste almost to much. Orange and peach sour flavor. douglas88 (9059) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 6, 2012
750 ml bottle thanks to Craig. Seemingly quite an interesting beer, the label is odd but quirky in a cool way, the idea of a Unita sour is awesome. Pours a murky red color with a small white head. The aroma is big sour cherries and wood. The flavor is nice but very mellow and dominated by cherries, some sweetness but more sour cherry and wood, light sawdust and suggestions of vinegar. Interesting and certainly good, but more mellow than one might expect. I wonder about the yeast profile. boFNjackson (4201) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 19, 2012
UPDATED: MAR 28, 2012 Bottle @ The BeerMongers... Poured clear, vibrant red with a nice size head forming. Looked like fruit juice. Great cherry flavor, black cherry, cherry skins. Quite sweet too. A little bit of yeast funk. Not overly sour but could have potential with extra bottle aging. Clean, nice drinking beer.
