Best beer of the night at Paradiso Alexandria, deftly served by Collin. Black, with massive, thick dull brown head. Aroma of dark roasted coffee beans and melted Hershey bars. Taste is bourbon! Thick and chewy, oak, smoke, cocoa. Shows its alcohol. madmitch76 (26366) - , Essex, ENGLAND - FEB 3, 2013

Opaque black beer, good tan - cream coloured head. Smooth palate, it’s soft but has some weight. Smooth dark malts - not roasty or bitter. A light creamy coffee. Finishes smooth and dry with mild alcohol warmth. Nice light trace of oak. Overall a smooth beer that hides it’s abv reasonably well.
