One of the best pumpkin beers. Taste of pumpkin and brown sugar. Spices come through nicely.

Pours mahogany with a small beige head. Smells of pumpkin, oak, hints of spice. Taste is hints of vanilla, spice, booze, pumpkin, and a touch of caramel. Medium-bodied with a thick texture and soft mouth-carbonation, Uinta Crooked Line Lakes Jacked Imperial Pumpkin finishes with a slight booziness and pumpkin spice. mrhoppy (1288) - Santa Clara, California, USA - APR 5, 2012
This is not your average beer folks! Awesome unique flavor and at 10 percent it kicks your butt. Earthy vegetable and burnt sugar. Oak barrel inn the aroma. Silky, syrupy texture. Very addictive barrel aroma. Spices are not that noticeable. Mostly pumpkin, barrel and alcohol. I polished this bottle off in no time and was happy as a clam. I will try anything from this brewery after trying this. I hope they make a sour out of this. GreatLibations (1854) - Last Supper, Arizona, USA - SEP 20, 2012
Pours very dark with brown hues. smells strong and sweet with defined spice. Full nectar with good carbonation. This brew is sweet with a strong oak influence. High abv yet possesses balance and is very drinkable. I taste carrot cake, coffee cake, and pumpkin pie with heavy spice. Decadent is the word on this brew. The finish lasts forever. Highly recommended. zoucrew102 (1869) - - DEC 31, 2012
UPDATED: NOV 30, 2014 750ml corked bottle, 2013 vintage aged in J&K Liquors’ cellar. The aging really improved this one. Oak and vanilla aroma with notes of pumpkin and a hint of spice. Pours dark amber colored tinged with orange as well as one finger of tan head and excellent lacing. Starts with excellent pumpkin and spice flavors, most notably nutmeg and cinnamon. Finishes smooth with vanilla and oak flavors with a touch of booze. The aging really brought out all of the flavors in this one. Wonderful!
12/31/12: Aroma is oak and bourbon. Pours dark amber color. Strong oak and bourbon with notes of pumpkin.

Whoa, big beer! Poured slightly warm with a giant tan, slow to settle, thick, foamy head and good lacing. Color is a clear, deep amber with few bubble trails. Aroma is oaked pumpkin, malt, spice, hops. Flavor’s like nose with everything much more bold. Sweet and tang are out front and bitter brings up a strong, long lasting end. Body is full round, alcohol warm with just enough bitter to keep it interesting. Finish is like flavor and as stated above. Rich, so one big bottle is plenty. jillk1 (2) - - OCT 16, 2013 does not count

Alcohol content matches the yearly date for Halloween. The growler place I drank this at called the brewery Unita. Great, strong, tasty beer. ASak10 (56) - Colorado, USA - NOV 13, 2013
Surprisingly drinkable given the ABV. Aroma of vanilla and pumpkin pie spices. The oak barrel comes through strong with vanilla and bourbon flavors. Delicious pumpkin beer.
