Light cloudy gold with thin white head. Aroma of dough, lemon and grains. Hoppier than I expected. Flavors of lemon seltzer, lemongrass, and hay. The lemon seltzer flavor makes it taste more like a shandy. Light and watery.

355ml can. Hazed pour. This is a bit heavy in mouthfeel for a saison but it is nicely flavored. Good spicy yeast tones and some savory fruit flavor.

Uinta farmside saison. The head soon fades. Aroma is berry, white wine. Taste is tart with an underlying berry sweetness. Fresh. Good for drinking on a warm day. Okay. Still new to the style and having trouble rating these comparatively.

12 ounce can. Pours a clear golden yellow hue with a small bubbly white head. A big perfume peppery fruity nose. Really a lot of white wine elements here from the grapes, lemons, pepper, some grassy hops. Pretty interesting. Tastes like more than 5.6 but isnt hot. Nice brew. Somehow I get cucumber.

Pours out a light hazy yellow with foamy white head. Flavor profile of grasses or greens with a hint of citrus and a must flavor from the grapes. The gooseberries flavor doesnt show up until the end of the sip. Flavor and body is very light, find it is best on warm to hot days. Great transition for someone who drinks white wine.

Mild aroma, with a touch of biscuit and grape. Pours a clear light straw with a white head. Theres a bit of tartness from the berries, complimented by some biscuit notes from the malt. Light bodied, and a dry finish. An interesting saison, that I think would be much more enjoyable once summer gets here.
