COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

Can. Clear amber with resilient, frothy, off-white head and good lacing. Aroma of citrus, sweet fruits, flowers, and caramel. Taste is malty and slightly sweet with a bitter character that’s very mild. Medium bodied.

Tap at FW Saucer. Pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a light layer of white foam. Aroma is light hops, grass, sweet perfume notes and light citrus. Flavor is hoppy sweet upfront, resiny and sappy near the finish. Light bitterness with a tingle over the palate. Tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Has a nice pine/grapefruit bite on the initial front end. Mellows on the middle and has a nice tang at the back end. Very strong IPA.

Yard house on tap. Starts very even then builds in experience to hoppier. A little grassy and tame. But close to as advertised. Refreshing. I'm a beer drinker. This is good experience in ipa. I'd buy a keg of it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft, gold pour with a thin white head. Nose is sweet and piney. Taste is sweet malt body with a bitter hop finish that’s mostly piney. Not bad but a bit sweet.
