Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

One of my favoritve IPAs. So well balanced, hoppy and bitter, yet sweet at the end. Just a very WELL rounded IPA. Best in the can!

Aromas of light pine, some hops and a touch of bitterness. Flavors are the same light and a little stale on the hops. Maybe not a fresh bottle will have to revisit.

Poured from a 12oz. bottle into a Harpoon tulip glass.

The color is a golden orange with a finger of foamy white head and some nice stringy lacing left on the glass.

The smell is citrus flavor all the way with some of that nice hoppy aroma. The nose is full of the slightly dank hops with some slight green grass aroma. Grapefruit is here but also tangerine and a touch of lemon.

The taste gets a tad bitter at first but then the citrus flavor comes and washes over the tongue pushing off the bitterness and letting some earthy, green grass flavor come in. There is tangerine in the flavor but not as pronounced as in the nose. There is a slight bready flavor in the background and there is also touch sweetness that last through the bitterness that comes back at the end.

This beer has a pretty drinkable feel and is medium bodied to give it enough of a feeling like this beer has substance but is still pretty light for the ABV.

Light aroma, great overall mouthfeel. Hops come hard and fast but don’t linger. Malt backbone smoothes out the finish but leaves it a bit sweet. Overall great brew.

Nice coppery iPa -the hop bitterness hits you up front and the strong malt backbone continues to drive it back. Piney and grassy notes were nice but personally id like a bit more citrus hop to balance it and cut through the sweet malt. Nice beer, ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Drought. Reddish amber with creamy beige head that retains long time, hops aroma, sweetish hoppy taste with pine at the background, long sweet finish. Very nice on palate.

Has a nice grassy citrus aroma. Todd body, mild citrus hops, some malt. Decent brew.

Pours a clear rusty copper with a small white head. Aroma is deep citrus with shades of pine. Taste is bitter right up front, with more caramel and pine that follows, the citrus has a grapefruit backbone. Finish is bitter with moderate lingering of the tasting notes. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
