COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

Backlog purge. On tap at Standard Pour in Sonora. Gold pour. Heavy biscuity malt palate, not sweet just heavy, with heaps of acidic grapefruit.

From Whole Foods. Smells weakly of IPA. Copper colored. Tastes a bit weird and off. I guess that’s a good thing with cheese.

Aroma: citrus, pineapple, pine, grapefruit Appearance: amber orange, clear, a white head sort of fizzy and foamy, dissolves with light lacing. Taste: bitter, grapefruit, rind, a little floral. Palate: starts bitter, then a little sweet, then bitter again that fades after about 15 seconds. Overall: great beer!

Had this on draught at Firestone's in Frederick. Great beer with wonderful hops! Great surprise.

Has good hoppy flavor which balances well with its malt level. Has amost a wet hop flavor with a crisp mouthfeel. Not bad at all.

Poured a nice cloudy amber with a good two fingered head that leaves terrific lacing. Nice aroma, citrus, pine and green grass. Taste is a nice round blend of hoppy bitterness with a subtle underscore of malt. Nice mouth feel and low carbonation makes for a very drinkable IPA. Overall I’d say this IPA is pretty well put together. Nice rounded taste, good going down. Thats 2 for 2 from Uinta brewery for me, I may have to keep an eye on them.

12oz bottle from Brewmasters in Wilson. Golden brown hue with normal clarity. Fizzy initial white head that was mostly diminishing. This had a light orange hoppy aroma. The initial taste was a light bitter hop that lead into an average light bitter citrus finish. I like this one!!!
