COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

A very good IPA. Citrus notes covering well the alcohol content, with nice hops flavor. A very decent IPA.

Mild aroma, typical IPA palate, very hoppy, bitterness lingers. The taste is good with a hint of citrus.

I don’t want to say it, but this is not a great IPA. Very one-dimensional experience and most of it is dry grapefruit. Lots of alcohol on the finish. Uinta, I know you can do better than this!

Bottle. Very pretty clear dark gold/amber pour with white head. Aroma is hoppy, really piney, light grapefruit notes, C-hops. Flavor is bitter, strong maltiness, not too caramel-ly however. Heavy hitting on the IBU and body, but still drinkable IPA.

Bottle. Light reddish orange pour with a nice head. A lot of citrus and pine. Medium body with nice bitter finish

Consumed from can. Smell is astringent citrus and a bit of tropical fruits. Taste is again with the citrus, but I am picking up some medicinal tones that are a turn off. Pine resin and long lasting bitterness. Not bad, but would not seek out again.

On tap at Brewhouse Cafe. Medium amber with a thin white head. Loads of lacing. Aroma of citrus, pine, and caramel. Taste is of loads of citrus and pine hops. Has a hearty sweet caramel malt backbone. Nicely balanced. Has a dry piney finish. Very enjoyable.
