COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

Bottle. Fairly enjoyable IPA, but nothing I would come back to. Just doesn't stand out in a flooded IPA market.

Pours a vibrant golden amber color. Smells floral and hoppy. Hop flavor is not very pronounced. Good average beer.

pours a clear amber with a just off white head. Aromas of some baby diapers and cat piss. Taste is bitter with some sweetness as well. Pretty well balanced... the hopiness is completely inline with the sweet bready malt. the malt is fat (stole that line from pinkie). finishes pretty spicy with a small hop bite and some residual sugar. pretty ok.

I cracked open a bottle of Uinta Hop Notch I picked up from Sugaya for maybe 5-600 yen. 7.3% Lovely classic IPA golden amber color with a great aroma of fruits, hint of grape, mild funk, very appetizing. Great flavor, fruity & rich at first with a sparkling mouthfeel. Then followed by a clean piney sweet finish & a great aftertaste. Not bitter at all beyond a fleeting hint of bitter pine near the end. Rich, complex, definitely a top shelf IPA!

Clear golden copper pour with no head. Aroma of citrus, hops, and pine. Pine, grass, citrus flavor with a sharp hop bite. Nice beer,

Drank of a 12 oz bottle at the Eulogy Belgian Tavern in Old Philly on June 19, 2013. Golden honey, medium head. Hoppy aroma sweet herbs, very soft. Taste quite the same, notes of dry citrus bitterness is dry too. It’s pretty good!

Very smooth for an ipa very hoppy and malty almost to the amount of an imperial ipa very good

Pint on tap. It’s dark yellow, clear, and has good lacing. Bitter, bitter bitter, though. I kind of disagree with the description...I didn’t find it exceptionally malty or complex, actually. Kind of a basic IPA, just fine, but you’re not missing anything.

Copper with an off-white head, leaves nice lacing. Aromas of grassy hops. Citrusy +piney hops with a good malt balance. Smooth but slightly sticky mouthfeel. Great IPA!

Pours a copper color with off white head. Aromas of spice, malt, light citrus, and grass. Flavor is sweet malt and citrus, some biscuit and a dry bitter spice and hoppy finish.
