Grapefruit abounds. Sampled next to the Trader IPA from the same brewery. I wish they had the hop profile on their website. Very balanced for a heavy hitter. Theydon_Bois (19501) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - MAY 29, 2013
Bottle at Endo’s house, cheers Frank, 22/05/13.
Hazed golden amber with a thin off white head.
Nose is caramel malt, pine, hops, bitter grapefruit, grass, orange pith.
Taste comprises hops, big old pine bite, bitter grapefruit, topical fruit notes.
Medium bodied with fine carbonation, big dose of agressive hop bitterness in the finish.

Amber with a thick, off-white head.
Zesty orange aroma, malt.
Taste is sweet, fruity, grapefruit peel.
Very soft, very mild.
Nice, easygoing IPA just a little dull. Zaphod99 (3) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 26, 2013 does not count

Bottle pours slightly hazy light colored amber. Huge tight head with crazy lacing. Smells like i just cut down a Christmas tree in the forest. Also smells like oranges. Fresh baked cookie smell. WOW tastes of sweet maltiness with massive in your face grapefruit. Lots of fresh hop flavor here but not overwhelming. Goes down smooth and not sticky. Not overly bitter either. Perfect amount of carbonation. This IPA is balanced nicely. The hops taste like they were picked yesterday. Fresh, bright, clean! There are so many flavors here i can’t describe them all. Very good IPA! I will definitely be drinking this again. crajun (1243) - , Texas, USA - MAY 22, 2013

Pine and caramel malts on the nose, pours a clear light amber with a full white head. Nice clean hop flavor, with a good balance. Slightly slick mouthfeel, nice lingering hop finish. If you’re a fan of the more balanced IPA’s, then this would be one to pick up. shonobiwan (219) - Sound Beach, New York, USA - MAY 21, 2013
Long Island, NY - 12 oz. bottle poured a translucent amber color. I've never actually had a full bottle of this, only a small sample cup. The aroma was brilliant, citrus, floral hop galore. Taste was perfectly balanced between hops and malts. Would drink this forever....awesome brew!

12 oz bottle pours a clear orange with two-finger white head and good lacing. The smell hit me a foot away before the first sip. Aroma is full of caramel malts, citrus hops (especially grapefruit), and some good dank earthiness. Taste is bitter at the start and finish, with lots of sweetness in the middle. Body is medium with below average carbonation. Mouthfeel is slightly sticky and alcohol is mostly hidden. A well balanced IPA I’ll be sure to try again.
