Bought this on a whim and am pretty happy with the purchase. For the price, I wasnt expecting much, but this is a really solid IPA. Tastes fresh with all the usual "notes" that everyone else has already gone into. Pretty poundable, even with its 7.3% abv. I could go back to this one and probably will as its tasty and respectably priced for what youre getting.

Appearance: hazy pale amber with two fingers of fluffy ivory head, good retention and moderate lacing. (4/5) Aroma: caramel, pine, citrus, grass. (7/10) Taste: moderate-high sweet, high bitter. (7/10) Palate: medium slightly oily body, moderate carbonation, off-dry building bitter finish. (4/5) Definitely an old-sk00l IPA, with a pronounced malt backbone vying with the hops for dominance. Definitely not bright or juicy, but very well done regardless. (15/20) 7.5/10 #ryansbooze ryansbooze.com

Can. An orange beer, murky, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has citrucy fruitness with mandarin, some fructose and tropical notes. Taste has citrus, slight caramelly body, then piney bitterness is nicely strong and that stays in the mouth. Medium bodied. Good and straightforward beer.

Can from Alko, Helsinki. Pours cloudy amber with a big, frothy head. The aroma features hops in abundance: citrusy fruitiness with pine and resin; perhaps also a sweetish malty element lurking in the background. Taste is initially light sweet and malty, as indicated by the aroma, and then turns bitter and hoppy; bitterness is definitely above medium but does not reach brutal levels. Hoppy flavours of grapefruit, pine needles and orange sweep aside malty flavours. The palate is medium to full-bodied, average in carbonation. Very tasty, solid work.
