Bottle thanks to Craig. Pours a clear copper color with a thick and creamy white head. A sweet biscuit, caramel and citrus nose. The flavor is wonderful: sweet oranges, light bitterness, crystal malts, lemon zest, dry biscuit. Very balanced and tasty. Extremely quaffable. jtd6628 (362) - North Carolina, USA - OCT 13, 2011

Bottle poured a clear golden amber with a lasting creamy amber head. Aromas of carmel, grapefruit, tangerine, pine, light grassiness and light earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, earthiness, pine, grapefruit and light grassiness with a smooth dry moderatly bitter finish. cubs (10714) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - OCT 25, 2011
Bottle @ home. Pretty cool puke green, recycled paper label. Moderately hazy dark orange appearance with a fluffy white head. Really a nice grapefruit, orange citrusy, slightly piney hoppy, sweet pale malty aroma. Dessert pale malty, slightly spicy, grapefruit citrusy hoppy flavor. Booze is hidden well. Surprisingly a pretty nice IPA. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - OCT 30, 2011
Bottle:   Amberish, pale haze, moderate frothy white head, nice lacing.   Strong pith and orange zest like hop aromas on the nose.   Fresh hop flavors up front, zesty, loads of ctirus peel.   Seems very natural, nothing off or artificial about this one.   Its like a fresh hop IPA.   Loads of flavor, hoppy, citrus peel, all very fresh.   Moderate to full body and mouthfeel.   This is one solid example of an IPA.   Super fresh, and super tasty.   Nothing off about this one.   I could drink this all day!

On tap at Bulls Head Pub, Lititz, PA. I found this IPA to have a very nice citrus taste and smell - the overwhelming impression was how distinctly dry it was. As I prefer a dry IPA to a heavier, more malty, caramel one, this was fine with me. The hops were in the forefront, with a very nice flavor. My first beer from a Utah brewery exceeded my expectations. SDalkoholic (2424) - Linda Vista, California, USA - JAN 27, 2012
Bottle from Best Damn Beer Shop: Poured a dirty golden blonde color with a thin layer of frothy head across the top. In the aroma, my nose detects a bold aroma of citrus trees and leaves with priority towards orange and grapefruit, however, a sweet scent of peace in the background. The flavor is overly bitter with a heavy dosage of oily green hops that give off a strong taste of spice and artificial citrus flavors. For sure a palate and taste bud puckering IPA.
