bottle - Pours clear gold with a fast-fading white head. It has a yeasty, fruity aroma. The flavor is sweet with esters and a pleasant fruit character leading into a somewhat dry finish. It’s medium bodied and very enjoyable.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear gold color with 1" of white foam. Plenty of carbonation rises up the glass. Aroma is a mix of sourness, spice, yeast & malt. Medium-light body, taste is a nice balance of yeast & malt, although it is light tasting. Slight yeast/sour finish. I’ve had better, but this one isn’t too bad.

UncleKorm (1319) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - MAY 8, 2014
On tap, poured clear deep gold hue w/ small white head. Moderate bready aromas. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a light bitter finish. Tastes are white bread, squash, and straw. Light bodied, creamy mouthfeel, and clean finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap, pours a golden color with a white head, sweet taste of malt, banana, and some spice, drinks smooth, decent Belgian ale (Yard House listed this as Uinta House White Ale but after researching the brewer’s website, I figured this was the beer)

bottle. nose has some apple and cherry esters. pours with almost no head. taste is super sweet candy and reminds me of salt water taffy. a light hop bitterness helps dry it out. a moderate alcohol warming as well. tolerable, but not a beer I would seek out again. seems a little messy and sweet with almost not carbonation for a Belgian style beer.

Fizzy yellow beer comes to mind at first appearance. Spicy yeast aroma and grainy malts. Body is light and peppery with a malt forward finish.

Aroma of hops, mild citrus. Taste follows that on a lower level. Smooth with mild carbonation and bitterness. Not bad but there’s nothing that makes it stand out.

penguinfinity (107) - North Carolina, USA - MAR 11, 2014
Bottle. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow, very light orange. Almost no head or lace. Smells vaguely fruity. Taste is a surprise, apricot maybe? It’s got a good flavor. A little too fizzy for my tongue, but tasty. I’d get it again.

Enjoyed this brew. Poured nice with good aroma and appearance to go along with a crisp taste.

Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass at 50 F. Best if drank by date of March 2014. Poured with thick white head that settled into a thin ring at the edge. Very yeasty aroma immediately after pouring with sweet, pilsner grain and little earthy hop notes later on. Lacing diminished quickly. Color was light gold and a bit cloudy (chill haze?). Apparent pils maltiness and sweetness with moderate earthy hop and low spicy flavor. Honey and a bit warm from alcohol on the finish. A little too sweet and yeasty for me but good on the style. Medium high carbonation went away quickly. I will drink another...cheers!
