12oz bottle. Poured an amber color with a smaller sized head. Caramel, toastiness, and some wheat. tnkw01 (1774) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 7, 2015
Bottle. Light amber color. Medium sized head. Aroma was bland, weak with notes of grains and hay. Taste was also weak. Tasted like hay and grains also. Had much better. DMLINAZ (332) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - MAY 16, 2015
Mild but inoffensive. Enjoyable but light amber; slightly sweet with a clean finish. Not much aroma. From the name I expected some hazelnut, but don’t think it’s there. At least it’s organic, and brewed with renewable resources, which is pretty cool. From a bottle into a tulip glass. Finhead (1782) - OFallon, Illinois, USA - APR 18, 2015
Hazy, copper-amber pour with a white head. The aroma has wheat and just a hint of caramel. It has a medium body with crisp texture and lively carbonation. The taste is sweet with a clean finish. Patrickctenchi (6659) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - APR 11, 2015
Dark amber with a frothy white head.
Caramel, grainy aroma.
Taste is sweet, wheat malt, caramel malt.
Flat...more amber than wheat....and not particularly good at either.

Pours clear dark amber with a thick, if not persistent, buff head. Aroma is mainly wheaty with a malty underpinning and a hint of citrus. Flavor is wheaty and a little malty, a dab of fruit. Mouthfeel has OK fizz and firmness. If nothing special, still refreshing - great for a party or with a meal. shrubber85 (11506) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - MAR 29, 2015
Bottle. Cardboard and wheat malt aroma. Amber with small head. Lightly sweet wheat malt and hay flavor. Light body. Blah. unclemattie (4358) - Georgia, USA - FEB 2, 2015
12oz bottle. Copper color. Aroma of puffed wheat. Tastes of fermented wheat wort. A touch too dry in the finish, tart mouthfeel. This beer could only be better if it was finished with some Brett. I’ll drink this style more in the summer. (4289) drfabulous (8219) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - JAN 5, 2015
12 ounce bottle. Dark caramel amber pour. Amber and wheaty as the name suggests. Caramel. Ok. 60minuteman (1764) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 2, 2014
Amber color, two finger tan head. Aroma of pine, malt, caramel, wheat, oak and nuts. Taste is relatively similar. Thick malt provides a sticky sweetness. Or maybe it’s sugar resin from the caramel or something. Oaky/nutty backbone. Interesting ale.
