Is she supposed to be Sarah Palin? Smells really nice, plenty of orange zest. Quite fruity, but not too wheaty. A bit thinnish at times, but pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. can8ianben (1576) - State College, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 8, 2012
My favorite of the sampler pack case we picked up. Flavorful and spicy with rich candied fruit notes. Really nice samsmith33 (772) - - AUG 14, 2013
Very clean taste, great summer beer, but with some good flavor too. No bite, but a refreshing sweetness....like honey...light pastry like....think baklava. Uints continues to impress. Finhead (1816) - OFallon, Illinois, USA - APR 18, 2015
Hazy, copper-amber pour with a white head. The aroma has wheat and just a hint of caramel. It has a medium body with crisp texture and lively carbonation. The taste is sweet with a clean finish.

This is an orange or amber brew w/ a slight haze and a small head. Nose is mildly fruity, something somewhere in between citrus and plum, w/ a grain husk note. Toasted malt and iced-tea like astringent flavors set the stage for just a hint of sugar sweetness. This is a low gravity brew but there’s plenty of flavor if you’re in the mood for just sitting back and having a tasty beverage or two--and the full but light texture invites you to do just that. This poured a clear copper/amber body with a modest white head. The nose was fruity, dark cherries with a hit of oranges. The flavor carried on with the fruit, adding a light lemon twist and an herbal/leafy dryness. A very quaffable brew that bears repeating. jsmerig (1682) - Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 23, 2012
aroma of cinnamon and dark malts. Taste is sweet with a slight bitterness rounded out by a nice maltiness. bit of hoppy pepperiness in the finish as well.

pours clear bright golden orange with a small creamy off-whtie head, some retention and lacing. toasted and spicy wheat, crystal/munich bready/fruity maltiness, pepper, peppery caramel, berry flowers, grass, woodsy notes - hint of vanilla, chalk traces. moderate carbonation, light body, dry and crisp grassy-spicy finish. nicely sessionnable. good stuff.
