12 oz. bottle from Uinta Brewing giftshop in SLC. Unusual cooked corn aroma that reminds me of fresh corn tortillas from Mexico that aren’t as fresh anymore. Beautiful crystal clear golden color with a foamy white head. The cooked corn is much less in the taste but still there. Nice Belgian spiciness. A little bit of funk and a nice dry hay taste reminiscent of a Saison. Finishes slightly sweet and dry with a lasting Belgian yeast taste. I liked this more and more as I drank it. rejtable (2689) - Ontario, CANADA - MAR 11, 2015
Pours pale straw slightly cloudy lots of frothy head and lots of lacing. Nose is very yeasty and some banana. Flavours are yeast, pale fruit, some banana, lots crackers. Backlog. 12 oz bottle from Biggie Wine & Liquor. A pretty straight foward Belgian blonde ale. Belgian yeast, fruity esters, toasted grains, allspice, light hoppy flavor. It’s OK. sudomorph (1167) - Barrie, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 16, 2014
12fl oz bottle. Pours a clear yellow with a one finger, off white head. Aroma has notes of farmhouse orange citrus, yeast, mild candy sugar, and a hint of bubble gum. Taste is balanced. Mild farmhouse tart with citrus, bubble gum, and a slight peppery/grass at the end. Medium body and carbonation. Clean in the mouth with a dry finish. Overall not bad but could be more to my tastes. A touch too bitter.

A decent spiced aroma over a dry slightly fruity ale base. Fairly simple but pretty good...lingering mouthfeel and clove & pineapple aftertaste. 6.8% abv on the label not 4% as listed. Slight warming alcohol presence."

Bottle pour. Pours a light golden color with a nice lemon spice aroma. A little coriander maybe too. Fizzy white head all throughout. Really mild flavored Belgian ale, but really nice refreshing flavor. Nice, easy drinking beer. Finishes with just the right amount of pepper spice. Tasty beer. radarsock (1194) - Massachusetts, USA - AUG 16, 2014
Third beer consumed from the MYSTERY BOX, sent from my father. Many thanks! To long-stemmed tulip, it pours a dark orange-tinted royal yellow with which a bubbly, snowy white head 1 finger in length stood. Aromas of apricot fruit leather, Belgian yeast, coriander, vanilla malt, melted wax, and lime meat. Tastes much the same with the addition of tin, wet newspaper, and watermelon seeds. Not the most flavorful vaguely defined Belgian Ale in the world, but it’s hardly the worst. Paincane (170) - Georgia, USA - JUL 29, 2014
Clear golden body w/ white head leaving nice lacing on glass. Fruity nose and flavors with spice & dry clean finish. Light & effervescent. scooterbub (1067) - Lander, Wyoming, USA - JUL 18, 2014
12 ounce bottle. Pours a nice clear gold with a thin white head that lasts. Taste is of banana, clove, wheat, spice, fruit, wood and yeast. Similar aroma. Has a decent body with a slight bitter and dry finish. A good beer, but something is missing that would make it great.
