12 oz. bottle from Julio’s liquors. Paid $2.69 before Wild 6 discount. Best before 09/22/2013, just in time! HA! Cloudy gold in color with lasting soapy head. Aroma of corn, straw and grain. Belgian yeast is light, main body of this brew is grain. More notes of straw and corn. Lighter in body with a effervescent mouthfeel.

A total surprise! A very nicely done attempt at the Belgian style. Very interesting palate with a beautiful finish. Nice and earthy. The Aroma is fascinating. Seems there are some masterful brewers in Utah. I’ve been impressed by every Utah beer I’ve tried and this one is somewhat of a cut above. Very nice!
