Bottle from Total Wine. Pours hazy golden with a decent off-white head and a light fruity aroma. There is a yeasty pale malt flavor with a bit of banana ester and an astringently bitter finish.

12 oz. bottle from Public House in the Venetian. Served in a tulip. Pours a clear gold with a small white head. Aroma of lemon citrus, apples, grapes, apricot, candi sugar, grass, and straw. Flavor of straw, apples, grapes, wheat, grass, bready malts, and a metallic note late. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a mouthfeel that starts juicy and ends dry and metallic. Odd beer.

GT (9982) - Oceanside, California, USA - MAY 3, 2009
Bottle at Raleigh World Beer Fest. I was told this was a witbier so I am rating it as such. Pours cloudy, neon yellow with a small white cap. Great aroma of bubblegum, yeast, cloves, allspice. Flavor is sour peaches with bubblegum, bananas, and a little soap in the end. Medium bodied with a slightly creamy texture. 7% is nicely hidden. Yum.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, clear yellow-orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of white fruit, biscuit, bread, vanilla, slight earth, bubblegum. Taste is a mix of pear, peach, slight orange peel, vanilla, earth, sweet bread, finishing earthy, sweet. Pretty standard.

3fourths (9315) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JAN 12, 2005
Draft at the brewery in SLC. Dark orange and clear color with a large white head. Nose is sweet bananas and bubble gum with some artificial sugar and candy notes as well. Light and crisp, a bit of a sweet yeast bite present. Some bubble gum and soap with the banana flavor... watermelon and peaches as well. Artificially sweet and cloying. Unbalanced sweetness but still a commendable effort for keeping it at 4% ABV.

Paleish clear yellow, with an initially big white head. Fruity aroma of delicious apricot and orange rind. Taste had a lot of pale malt with subtle but apparent fruitiness, like the orange peel and apricot from the aroma. Very light bitterness, not much hop flavor presence. A decent Belgo-Pale, medium bodied and delightful to drink.

UPDATED: JAN 2, 2009 Bottle. Pours a light gold with a decent head. The flavor is smooth fruit with a earthy malt. A bit hoppy and spicy. A decent brew, too light though. Relaxing and smooth, just too thin. This rating is for the older 4% version, and the beer has changed a good bit since then.
