Clear and bubbly like champagne. Taste resembles a slightly bitter wine. Tastes almost like a a cider.

My style, like the spice. Enjoy this brew. Great blend. Good taste, good color, great smell.

Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass at 50 F. Best if drank by date of March 2014. Poured with thick white head that settled into a thin ring at the edge. Very yeasty aroma immediately after pouring with sweet, pilsner grain and little earthy hop notes later on. Lacing diminished quickly. Color was light gold and a bit cloudy (chill haze?). Apparent pils maltiness and sweetness with moderate earthy hop and low spicy flavor. Honey and a bit warm from alcohol on the finish. A little too sweet and yeasty for me but good on the style. Medium high carbonation went away quickly. I will drink another...cheers!

Similar to a good hefeweizen. I'd buy this again. ---Rated via BeerBuddy for iPhone. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at Taco Mac in Atlanta. The appearance is slight hazy golden yellow with a small white head. The aroma is fruit and grain. The taste matches the nose.

Pours golden yellow. Very citrusy/tropical aromas. Light-to-Medium bodied palate. A nice cross between the creamines of a hefewiezen & the crispness of a pale ale. Banana & white flower on the palate. I LOVE this for the style, but then I am a big fan of hefe’s.

A total surprise! A very nicely done attempt at the Belgian style. Very interesting palate with a beautiful finish. Nice and earthy. The Aroma is fascinating. Seems there are some masterful brewers in Utah. I’ve been impressed by every Utah beer I’ve tried and this one is somewhat of a cut above. Very nice!

Poured from bottle into tulip. Pours a rich gold color with two finger creamy white head. Leaves a ton of lacing as you drink on the glass. Tastes, smells, and drinks like true-to-style golden ale. Really impressed and enjoying this.

I like this better than most it seems. Pours a Yellow clear color with real small carbonation showing. Head disipates but a slight lace remains. Nice Belgian style nose, some fruit. Great taste with hints of clove, sweetness, fruit. Very drinkable, and would drink more if I had the foresight to buy more!

UPDATED: JUL 5, 2014 Poured from bottle. Aroma of vanilla and hop. Cloudy gold, slight head remains. Flavors of vanilla, clove, pepper and banana along with a grapefruit and floral hops. Dry, lager-ish feel. I like this more than last time. Nicely done.
