355ml bottle from the hotel bar at Amaranten. Hazy golden pour. Low, patchy surface. Dotted spots to the glassware. Fresh fruity aromas of peaches and oranges. Taste of sappy oranges and pineapples. Rounded fruit bitter finish. Clean and refreshing. Medium to thin bodied. Nice (hotel room, Stockholm 22.06.2013).

Draft at Peekskill Brewery. On the chalkboard as Wildfire Pale Ale, on their website’s draft list as Four Plus Organic Pale Ale. Pours a clear straw honey color with a thin white head. Some lacing. Light sweet hop notes with citrus, pine, pineapple, and grassy notes. Sweet citrus flavors lead into a lightly grainy gentle finish with light bitter notes.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with douglas88 (thanks!). Poured a medium and lightly hazy golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of cearal, grains, vegetables, and earth. Watery tastes of the aromas. Very thin and watery body. Next...

"An ok pale. Grass, bready malts and hints on tart and citrus. Pretty light but quaffable. Ultimately unexceptional, but about as expected. Light bodied with a lesser finish."

A lot of decent drinking bitterness. Good For an organic beer, and sesionable alcohol is appreciated. Lots of lace.

3.8
deyholla (12588) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 27, 2011
Bottle thanks to Douglas! Pours a clear gold with the slightest red hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces nicely. Aroma is a bit mild with light grassy hops and a bread and light grains backbone. Flavor is a whole different story with nice citrus and tropical fruit notes with some sweet grains and just a bit of bitterness in the finish. Real nice.
