This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-hazy ruddy burnt orange almost brown color with a thin white foamy head that dissipated to a sustaining cap of a head. No lacing.
The aroma starts with sweet pumpkin flesh with mild spices of ginger, cinnamon, and allspice.
The flavor brings it all together nicely with a mild bready sweetness balancing nicely. Bready pumpkin flavor is in the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a nice sessionable smooth feel to it. Carbonation seems to run at a nice pace.
Overall, I say this was a very good pumpkin ale that I would have again. coreyc1221 (319) - Truckee, California, USA - SEP 23, 2016
Can. Light cinnamon and Carmel with pumpkin aroma. Clear amber color with a frothy of white head. Very nice carbonation on it. Feels almost like a nitro tanked light IPA. Pretty dang good. bulldogops (2726) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 21, 2016
Rating #1958 2015.09.26 #CraftTakesSeattle Day 3, Beer 58 Draught at TapHouse Grill Seattle. Clear copper-amber pour, that produces a decent bubbly foam Aroma is potent, quite a bit of cinnamon, nutmeg, toasted cardamom. Taste is malty, more of a brown ale style and heavy on the cardamom and clove, hint of cinnamon, and sweet caramel, faint noble hoppy bitterness. This is a pretty good seasonal, and one of the better pumpkin beers out there. chinchill (5226) - South Carolina, USA - MAY 17, 2016
12 oz can poured into a Belgian snifter.
A- slightly hazy dark amber color with a short, light tan head soon becoming a thick ring around the edge of the glass and a very thin, partial surface coat.
S- Usual pumpkin spices of clove and nutmeg with a little vanilla and caramel.
Flavor: more malt forward and less spiced than the aroma suggests. Starts sweet but ends up with a mild bitterness.
M- Smooth. medium-full body leaning toward the fuller side. Medium carbonation.
O- Tasty; spicy but not over-spiced. oldrtybastrd (5003) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - APR 14, 2016
pours a clear golden amber. Aromas of all spice, nutmeg, a touch of pumpkin. Nice spicy taste with pumpkin notes.

Can. Pours a medium caramel, slightly hazy with a boozy head. Aromas light canned pumpkin, light caramel, slight grass, slight pepsi, and slight clove. Flavors light caramel, slight pumpkinish (?), light clove, light grass. Light to medium sweet and light all around. Not much going on with this. AbbeyRoade (549) - Missouri, USA - JAN 4, 2016
UPDATED: OCT 11, 2016 1st rating 1/4/2016: This was alright. Not bad at all. Nice easy to drink pumpkin ale. Not overly spicy with cinnamon/nutmeg/allspice flavor but yet still had some good pumpkin feel. Crisp and clean on the palate.
2nd rating 10/11/2016: I get the nutmeg flavor and some other spices- a tad bit of allspice, maybe some ginger and cinnamon. But the pumpkin just isn’t there enough to warrant the "Punk’n" title nor have a pumpkin on the label. Not sweet at all. Some mild bitterness. Crisp drink. Can. Semi hazy amber beer with a large beige head. Aroma is spicy with notes of caramel, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Flavor is malty with notes of caramel, bread, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and dried fruit. A bit too sweet. rader58 (919) - Leawood, Kansas, USA - DEC 10, 2015
12oz can. Pours slightly hazy burnt orange in color. Aroma of nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, pumpkin, bread. Flavor of nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin. A decent beer, flavors are good, but nothing that stands out. I will say that this is a pumpkin beer that you could actually have more than one as the spices are more muted and not overwhelming.
