Clear, soft peachy-gold body is topped by a white head with moderate retention.
Vanilla, light cinnamon and pumpkin meat in the nose is dotted with brown sugar, toasted malt and lots of bread.
Straightforward roasted pumpkin meat flavor, replete with ample but not overdone sugars and a good restraint on the spicing. Toasted baguette, buttercream and an ample carbonation provide a pretty balanced backing to the pumpkin. Nothing terribly out-of-the-ordinary, but definitely above average in the pumpkin beer category, in my book.
Pours orange with a thick white head. Favors pumpkin spice over balance. The bready malt base is disguised by the overwhelming sweetness. thorongil2 (3264) - , Ontario, CANADA - NOV 23, 2015
(tap) clear bright orange colour with a medium tall beige head; faint aroma of spice; weak, dryish balanced flavour with a long light bitter finish tysongillmore (362) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - NOV 21, 2015
Same weird Windex flavor as the Blue Moon version. Not so good. ---Rated via BeerBuddy for iPhone.

Bottle. Hazy orange amber pour with a small creamy head. Soft pumpkin pie spices on the nose with just a hint of cardboard coming in. Palate is a little thin, and it’s very light on flavor. Just okay.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear light amber color. The head is small and white. The aroma is of light pumpkin and spice. The flavor is rather weak regarding pumpkin. I have had better from Unita. Augdraught1981 (267) - Harlem, Georgia, USA - NOV 7, 2015
I’m always skeptical of fruit & spiced beers but this is a nice change of pace. Pours an expected orangish amber, with a creamy thich slightly off white head. Wonderful pumpkin pie aromas with the taste being lighter than the aroma. I was hoping for a thicker body, but its still well done and the flavors still shine. The aroma & appearance are the winning factors here. tekstr1der (495) - New Hampshire, USA - NOV 5, 2015
This is my new favorite of the category. While I enjoy the extremes of the over-the-top flavors of Southern Tier to the very subtle Dogfish offering, this really nails the essence of the style. Pours orangish amber. with think white skim and some lace. Aroma are not just standard pumpkin pie spices, but also actual pumpkin and a nice bready malt. I can tell this is beer - unusual in the punkin crowd these days. The flavors only reinforce the aroma, with a very smooth malty backbone, real pumpkin taste, and only mild accompaniment of spices. Finish is clean. Very drinkable. Most of the style I can only have one. This is good. jw0406 (1299) - atlanta, Georgia, USA - NOV 2, 2015

Can while handing out candy. Caramel pour with a tan head. Aroma is pumpkin, little spices. Taste is malt, pumpkin, spices, nothing overbearing. Well balanced. Tasty beer.
