Pervasive pumpkin pie spices on the nose. Smooth, well rounded sweet caramel backbone with big pumpkin character. Nutmeg, cinnamon, and light clove in perfect balance. Some sweetness attributed to honey. A great example of the haggis of beers. KansaiBeerLvrs (5567) - Kyoto, JAPAN - DEC 2, 2013
Finally got my hands on some more pumpkin beers! This is Uinta’s Punk’n. Bottle, 4%. A golden orange-amber color with a light beige head. Served in a snifter, straight from the fridge the aroma is cloves, cinnamon, some pumpkin flesh. The taste is sweet, zesty spiciness with cinnamon, clove, allspice & a hearty helping of pumpkin. Full bodied, this is what I was looking for, you get some real vegetal yam/pumpkin notes that are nicely complemented by pumpkin pie type spices. Well-balanced to me with it being a bit more pumpkin forward with the spices taking a backseat. Nice! JStax (7371) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - AUG 4, 2014
12 ounce can thanks to drsilverworm. Pours a somewhat hazy copper with a beige head of foam. Good retention. The aroma is mild spices and pie crust. The taste is doughy and spicy. I particularly pick up on cinnamon and nutmeg. Creamy mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation. bigguns22 (809) - Maryland, USA - SEP 14, 2014
Hops and pumpkin awesome. Pour dark amber with a tall white head. Aroma some spices but over all weak. Flavors are cool because starts out a little flat but hops jump in and give needed flavors. Don’t get me twisted not hoppy but yes you taste hops and that is cool with the pumpkins. stevencon (525) - Sarasota, Florida, USA - SEP 20, 2014
Draft at cock n bull Sarasota. Clear orange strong white head. Big sweet vegetable pumpkin with lite spice aroma of Cinnamon nutmeg and cardamom. Good lacing. Balanced beer and has all the elements of a pumpkin beer. Sweet vegetal pumpkin with some spice and malt balance. Not bad and very drinkable.

Pours orange, light tan head. Aroma of clove and nutmeg. Taste has enough sweet malt to balance the spice, and noticeable real pumpkin. Very little hop bitterness though. Not a bad pumpkin beer.
