Bottle courtesy of beachbum25. Pours gold with a thin white head. Smells of pilsner malt, some fruit. Tastes of sweet malt, some spice, touches of bitterness. Enjoyable. gws57 (1276) - Saint Charles, Illinois, USA - AUG 17, 2008
Found this one bottled at a grocery store in Syracuse, Utah. Light yellow pour with a thin white head, malty but dry nose, flavor is typically grassy and hoppy but nothing special. Meh. DocLock (11048) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 22, 2008
Pours pale gold with nose of lemongrassy hops, pale malt, mild fruit. tastes crisp, with Saazy hops, lemony citrus, and pale malt. jcdsmack (88) - Henderson, Nevada, USA - JUL 9, 2008
This is about as plain as plain can be I might as well been drinking a Bud. Allthough at least Budweiser has a lighter cleaner crisper palate. After the first few sips I pounded it and moved on.

12oz bottle (4% ABV) pours crystal clear gold with thin bright white head. The aroma holds corn, grains and spicy hops. The taste is much the same with crisp refreshing grainy malts mixing with corn flake cereal, a faint sense of creamed corn and a carbonation enhanced spice noble hop bitterness cutting the sweet and maltiness down to size. Ends with a lingering hoppiness that becomes mildly floral along with a manageable malty sweetness. dwyerpg (6413) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - APR 16, 2008
Looks and smells okay. Flavor is dry and a little hoppy but also with atin of butter flavor to me. Not real good. sneagrams3 (2337) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - NOV 8, 2007
The Dan Journal #121. Tasted 12/23/07. 12oz bottle. Filtered with a dull golden hue. Tight ring of white head. Honey graham cereal nose. Mild yeast aromas. Light to medium bodied with tight bitterness. Touch citrus. Bright. Sticky with good flavor but over carbonated. Meh... SuperDave (2555) - Beautiful Sunny Mesa, Arizona, USA - OCT 31, 2007
Sweet light and malty. Pours pale yellow from a 12 oz bottle. Refreshing, but I have enjoyed some of Uinta’s other offerings much more! douglas88 (9632) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 24, 2007
Pours light gold with a decent head. Taste is a somewhat dry and sweet body with a hoppy finish. Some citrusy taste somewhere also. A interesting brew.
