Bread/grainy, lightly sweet malt, and herbal/sulfur-ish lager yeast aroma and flavor. Also has herbal/spicy hop flavors, and bitterness that is mild--but substantial in this beer. detroiter (958) - Euphoria, Minnesota, USA - FEB 3, 2007
Pours a pale golden color, a little hazy, with maybe a quarter inch of white foam. Leaves a little bit of lace in the glass. Light malt and lemon in the aroma.
Tastes pretty much how it smells, except both the malt and the lemon are more prominent. Lighter in body, prominent carbonation. Some spicy hops. Very refreshing and drinkable. Not sure where the lemon flavor comes from, the bottle and packaging offer no clue ChainGangGuy (4920) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - JUN 29, 2013

Best Before: 08/01/13.
Appearance: Pours a light yellow body with a tall, brief cap of white suds.
Smell: Very light, very mild pale maltiness with the faintest touch of honey-brushed white bread. Modest hints of dried flowers and citrus, too.
Taste: Meager malts, with ultra light tastes of baguette, honey water, and toasted grain. Light light light. Minor citrus with dried florals, dried spicy herbs with sufficient bitterness to temper the initial sweet hints. Drying, reasonably crisp finish with a lingering hint of sweet, floral lemon.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Decent, refreshing, which was all I was asking of it.
Skipping stone is a summer lager that you can drink up all day. This is a light beer and o head.

Pale golden with thin white lace. Nose is clean, light toasted malts, corn, grassy, light citrus hops. Flavor is a little soapy and metallic but not too bad for the style. Fairly crispy mouthfeel and a lightly grainy, light bitter, dry finish. Nice pale lager. jsmerig (1663) - Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 16, 2014
Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of lemongrass. Taste is clean crisp and biting. Very much like a pills.

Nice hoppy flavor for a pils, this took me as a surprise. Malty fresh aroma and very good for a pilsner and even more considering it's from utah, good job!
