Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12 oz bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: This one has a clear bright golden body with a tall loose head on top. This head settles down quickly leaving just a few bubbles at the surface and around the edge of the glass.
Smell: There is not much going on here. The aroma is very light. Only a slight citrusy hop presence is noted.
Taste / Palate: The flavor profile is very clean and light. There is a very modest and refreshing cracker like malty base with mild lemony hop bitterness. The finish is quick and fairly dry. PhillyCraft (7231) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 11, 2014
bottle shared by Keith. pours hazy golden with small white head, notes are toasted malt, light caramel malt, bread, not really lemony or summer tasting. Light body with a lot of carbonation. BeerandBlues2 (13323) - Escondido, California, USA - MAR 31, 2014
Bottle at home. Pours lightly hazy orange with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is Pils malt, corn and DMS with light spicy hops. Clear orange pour some head. Aroma of barley, yeast, hay, tang. Tastes full malty, creamy sweet. Not representative of the style. Leaves a thick creaminess in the mouth. Could’ve been a lot more refreshing. ajnepple (6625) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAR 10, 2014
12 oz bottle from Tipsy’s into a pint glass, one month past it’s date. Golden yellow and clear with a lacy white head, mostly lasting. Mild aroma of light sweet malts and light noble hops. Similar flavor, bland and crisp with light bitterness. Light body, tastes kind of old.

Appearance: poured into my favorite Gaffel Kölsch glass, it’s bright clear gold with a fluffy, bright white head. Aroma: light cereal grains, with some citrus zest, a hint of pepper, and a bit of hay. Taste: delicate flavors of lightly toasted white bread, bitter citrus and floral notes, and a bit of spice. Finish: clean, crisp, and dry, with a bit of floral bitterness. Notes: This is a nicely delicate kölsch, as the style dictates. It’s lacking some of the traditional sweetness I look for, but it’s pretty decent.

12oz bottle labeled as Uinta HooDoo at Brewmasters in Wilson poured into a pint glass. Golden brown hue with a hazy body with mostly lasting white head. I had a hard time on aroma but there were some citrus notes. Bitter fruit/citrus on the initial taste with a moderate lasting fruit/citrus finish. This was an okay beer! edgallow (4211) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 20, 2013
