Pours a muted yellow and kinda of hazy. Lemon aroma. Flavor is light toasty grain. Bitter metallic finish. Would be great in mass quantities on the beach. zach8270 (4021) - Henrietta, New York, USA - AUG 30, 2013
(bottle - 12 oz) Hazy light gold pour with a fizzy white head. Dry and lightly dank aroma with a touch of sweet malts under it. Sweet and slightly fruity at the start that leads to a light melon sweetness near the middle and then quickly fades into a lightly bitter and dry finish and aftertaste. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - AUG 6, 2013

Appearance: Pors an orange cloud with light white head.
Aroma: Aroma of light biscuit.
Taste: Faint bitterness, light biscuit, clean.
Palate:Medium light body.
Summary: I am new to Uinta in the last 2-3 years, so never saw these old labels. I really like the new designs. Decent beer, good for the summer.

A hazed blonde kolsch with a thin lacing creamy white head. In aroma, a rather grainy and fruity malt with herbal notes and mash tun notes. In mouth, watery kolsch with grassy and grainy malt, mineral notes and underfermented worth. hman43 (1775) - Pinehurst, North Carolina, USA - JUN 25, 2013
Very difficult to get any aroma off this brew. Maybe some grasses, hard to tell. Light golden in color, the head dissipated fairly quickly with some clinging to the side. Pleasant, mild, grassy taste. Fairly decent. JohnnyPlaga (13) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JUN 15, 2013
Uinta HooDoo Kolsch Style Ale:
Nearly odorless brew. Taste reminiscent of your Natty Bohs, PBRs etc. The difference with HooDoo is the presence of a pleasant aftertaste. Overall, a decent light-bodied ale. Good on a hot summer evening.

Bottle pour..medium orange like color..slight haze..little carbonated bubbles slowly rising..aroma is ok..slight green apple..bready presence..leaves some lacing..light bodied..taste has some sweetness that is toned down..mouthfeel has some intricacies involving citrus other fruits..overall this is a fairly good flavorful beer at this abv..would be nice to enjoy in summertime when much warmer out... Nothing exceptional here, but I like the clean light feel of this one. The aroma is a little faint and blah, but it has a well rounded flavor. The beer delivers a grassy, faintly citrus, and almost a hint of tart funkiness... acidulated malt perhaps? Nice crisp finish that is somewhat smooth... not sure if this is the sun’s highest or lowest point in the sky.
