Damn good and very straightforward APA. Not trying to be anything crazy, just what it is. Slight floral and citrusy notes on the notes, tender malt blending well with the very balanced hop profile the brew carries. Smooth. Mild gran towards the finish. Pleasant aftertaste. Something to be said about not going over the top! RobertDale (6988) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - AUG 20, 2011
12 ounce bottle from Beer of the Month Club. Pours a light gold with an average white head. Aroma of citrus, florals and malt. Taste is mild. Flavors of citrus, malt, grain and hops. Decent. DSG (15432) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - AUG 19, 2011
UPDATED: JUN 3, 2012 Re-rate 5/30/12: Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks beerandbeyond. Clear deep golden. Hoppy aroma full of mango. Dry-ish flavor of fruity hops, a grainy hint and decent bitterness. Medium-bodied with a fluffy mouthfeel. Not bad. 7/3/6/3/14=3.3

Bottle. Beer of the month club. Clear deep golden color with a medium white head. Nice hoppy aroma of lots of tropical fruits, some pine and a bit of malt. Flavor starts sweetish and somewhat grainy and finishes with mild (yet lingering) bitter fruity hops. Body’s a bit too light. OK. 7/3/6/2/13=3.1
12 oz bottle pours a hazy orange/amber coor with a medium white head. Aromas of light citrus, sweet malt. Light bodied with a sweet finish rondphoto (4518) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - AUG 13, 2011
Medium head, minimum lace. Aroma of orange and wheat. Taste is citrus and light grain permeated by a mild, but distinct hoppiness. Sweet malt enters on the finish.

Bottle from Henry’s: Poured a light golden color and didn’t create a lot of head except for tiny patches of foam. As for the aroma, my nose detects a faint scent of pine and citrus perhaps tangerine, grapefruit, or light notes of orange marmalade/jam, but this does smell true to organic ales I’ve had in the past. The flavor is somewhat soapy with a balanced taste of earthy citrus like hops and a bready malt profile that comes together quite nicely. PhatB420 (840) - Pittsfield, Massachusetts, USA - AUG 1, 2011
A fresh tasting and very hoppy pale ale. The aroma is like cedar wood, green apples, organic soil, and medium malts. This one has a nice bite to it and borders on the IPA level in aroma and appearance. Taste is fullfilling yet doesnt finish as strong as I would have hoped. but this is an easy and ejoyable one to drink from the state of Utah. 12 oz bottle thanks to Sledutah. Used a lager glass. Nearly orange/yellow, well carbonated. Produced thick full white head, that dissipated to a thin layer. Light grassy, citrus hops for the aroma. Taste is much the same with a citrus like flavor as well. I don’t get any bitterness. Very straight forward. Very clean and well made. A decent APA. 12 oz bottle. Pours a pale orange with a small white head. Aroma of cheesy older hops, some grainy notes, a bit sweet with caramel and bread, though mostly stale hops giving it a funky note. Flavor is much the same, stale funky hops that give a cheesy character to the grainy and straw notes. Finishing with some bready graininess. Light to medium body and a sharp carbonation. Pretty nasty, stale tasting stuff. crazyvin (2026) - New York, USA - JUL 21, 2011
A nice clear golden body with a white head. That had nice retention and very mild lace. Aroma had a strong grassy note to it and mild biscuit. Flavor was well balanced with lightly toasted bread notes and a sightly bitter hop finish, some grassy notes. Finish was somewhat dry and the carbonation was light. Seemed closer to a bitter than an APA. Beer was good, a decent session ale.
