UPDATED: DEC 6, 2010 (Four + label) Mountain Beerfest-on tap-pours a foamy to rocky/clumpy off white head and dark yellow color. Aroma is cascade-citrus hops, secondary medium malt and floral. Taste is cascade-citrus hops-some bitter, secondary medium malt-caramel, floral. Crisp/dry mouth feel. Medium body. 3.7 101206-now an herbal/fruit, wheat aroma. Grassy/herbal hop bite with a grain-bready taste. Drying. Nothing like the beer of 3+ years ago. 3.2

Draft. Earthy spruce and lemon malt aroma. Pale yellow with moderate head. Sweet lemon malt and lemon peel flavor. Light dry finish. Pleasant.

BVery (11458) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - JUL 6, 2015
Bottle. Somewhat hazy orange pour with a small ring head. Tangerine, grapefruit, herbal aroma. Palate is fairly thin and a little flat. Mild taste. Meh.

DocLock (11189) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 22, 2008
Bottle from State Line. Dark straw pour with minimal white head. Nose is heavy mango, hops, passion fruit, mild funk. Solid aroma, but the flavor just seemed a bit off with this one. It had hops, mango, melon, and some funky and feety notes, but the ingredients didn’t mesh well and fell apart once it warmed up.

gnoff (11144) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 19, 2012
12 fl oz bottle at Haket, Göteborg, on November 19, 2012. BB 12/14/12.
Label states "Wyld Extra Pale Ale" and the neck label "Organic Wyld".
Hazy yellow color, white head. Citrus, lemon, hoppy scent. Smells sort of one-dimensional and citrus focused. Hoppy, some malt, minerals, grains taste. Grainy and apricots aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high dry bitterness.

Bottle that Craig shared with me at Fairports Cropredy Annual Reunion 12-07-10 Spikey in mouth with sweet Seville oranges on nose and in mouth. Its a bit of a one trick pony in that respect as I get little else but I like it, easy going and pleasant and a relief from the hoppier beer I have just had. [b> A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

daknole (11048) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - FEB 4, 2010
Yellow pour with an crazy big white head. Aroma is smelly. Some light lemon and soapy hops. Flavor is a bit better...not much. Way too much carbonation. Light lemon notes and some watered down caramel malt. Meh.

3.4
phaleslu (10895) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 25, 2014
Draft at Ei8ht Ball as part of a sampler. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a small white head. Notes of straw, lemon citrus, grass, pale and crackery malts, herbs, spice, and tea with a little sweetener. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a sweet, dry mouthfeel. Nothing special, but not bad. The artificial sweetener note holds it back; still, this seems a little underrated overall.
