Slightly hazy amber pour with a good chunky head that lasts and laces nicely. Aroma of citrus and grapefruit peel hops, along with a light toasty malt. Flavor is much the same, the hops just don’t do enough to make this great. There are no off flavors happening, but not enough of what is there. Thin bodied. Just okay. kidrobot (103) - Port Charlotte, New Jersey, USA - DEC 30, 2008
Pours a foggy gold with a bright white head. I head alot of bad things about organic beers but this was pretty good. Nice hoppy taste but I feel that it doesnt have alot of alcohol. pinkzambia (2069) - Boise, Idaho, USA - AUG 2, 2009
Tap: Clear gold with a white head. It has a citrusy hop flavor with a crisp finish. Refreshing summer pale ale, but nothing monster great about it. AcctError65545 (1547) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - SEP 29, 2009
Pours a nice golden color with a small white head. Aroma is malt, touch of hops, grains, water. Flavor is malt, water, biscuit, touch of hop bitterness and a little caramel and spices. Decent for a pale lager. arminjewell (9720) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - OCT 8, 2011
Pours yellowish orange with lasting white head from bottle, aroma has notes of toffee, some biscuit, grass, touch of hay and bread as well in there. Taste has some sharp grassy pine notes that fade quickly into biscuit, spicy earth, touch of toast, finishing slightly bitter, mostly clean.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden yellow color with a fizzy white head. Aroma is a prickly hop with lots of spice and fruit. Grapefruit for sure in this. Flavor is spicy and fresh hops. Better than expected. dumontn (530) - St. Joseph, Michigan, USA - OCT 22, 2011
Pours somewhere between amber and straw, slightly hazy with 1 finger of densely bubbled head, some visual effervescence, and great retention. Aroma is light tropical citrus, light toast, and an underlying resin backbone. Taste is tangerine, clementine, fruity toast, and a slightly sweet orange-y finish. Body is light, below average carbonation, thin mouthfeel, dry refreshing finish. Overall, a pretty good beer for 4%abv. Fairly straightforward with just enough complexity to make it interesting. High quaffability. boFNjackson (4201) - Portland, Oregon, USA - NOV 2, 2011
Tap @ 15th Ave. Hophouse... Poured amber-orange with a white head, nice lacing. Mild body, decent carbonation. Earthy, danky hops with a strong malt sweetness that was a tad overpowering. Some sips it seemed soapy, some sips contained herbal, tea-lead spiciness. Short, faint finish. Low bitterness. ngeunit1 (1555) - Waltham, Massachusetts, USA - NOV 10, 2011
A - Pours a clear golden-yellow color with a finger of frothy white head atop. The head fades down fairly quickly leaving behind some nice lacing.
S - Aroma is a light mix of citrus hop and some lemon zest. There is some sweet biscuit malt in the background as well.
T - Sweet biscuit malts with some citrus hop and light bitterness. Through the middle, some bready malts and some lemon come through. Finish is a mix of biscuit and some lemon zest.
M - Medium-light bodied with moderate lively carbonation. Smooth and very crisp.
D - Very drinkable. The flavors could be a bit stronger, but this is a very sessionable beer. scottw86 (1178) - Maryland, USA - JAN 20, 2012
Poured a very pale yellow color with a huge stable off-white head. Aroma has lots of citrus, grapefruit, and apricot. Taste is nice and fruity with some peach flavors. A tiny bit skunky and watery. Some decent citrus and floral hoppy notes as well. Finish is fruity with peach and apricot. Overall very drinkable, but a tad watery.
