COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This full-flavored amber lager delivers a complex, toasted malt body and noble hop character. Honey and caramel undercurrents. Vanilla accents. Malty with light and hoppy notes. Finishes dry. Yard Sale pairs well with earthy mushroom bisque, grilled lamb or pork, and even mussels and clams.
STORY
"Yard Sale" is skier slang for when a skier falls down on a slope and loses his gear which ends up scattered down the mountain.

12 oz. bottle from Smiths grocery in Park City, UT. Light corn and biscuit aroma with a slight sour tinge. Crystal clear amber with a light tan head. Nice lager malt taste with some winter spice flavor. A bit of honey sweetness and a light rye-like dryness to balance it out. A good light winter lager that wont cause you to have a yard sale if you have a couple.

12 oz can poured. Pours a copper color with a foamy head. Wet, malty aroma. A lot of flavor for such a light, low abv lager. Doesnt really come off as a winter beer, but a decent sessionable beer overall. Not bad.

12oz can at the Viking yurt on the mountain in park city. Malty and bread flavors. Mild. Poundable but not the best tasting lager. Does the job

Amber pour with a beige head. Aroma is caramel malt. Taste is light caramel malt, crisp, malt finish. Nice taste, but just that. Spotty lacing.

Not quite my thing, and kind of tastes like the leftovers of a yard sale. Typical Christmas type aromas. A little too sweet. Bottle.

Aroma is light malt and a bit of noble hopping, minerally. Appearance is copper brown with small off white head, hazy. Taste is malt forward, grainy pilsner malt, light tartness, lingering bitterness present, hint of corn and noble hop flavor. Palate is light and crisp. Overall a decent Vienna. Could be a little bigger for my taste and Im not loving the corn but still very drinkable and refreshing.

12oz can. Amber copper color with creamy tan head. Biscuit malt lemon citrus aroma. Flavor is a hint of citrus but mostly that earthy flavor you get from noble hops. Biscuity malt an a slightly bitter dry finish. Would have guessed it Bavarian if I didn't already know it was from Utah.

12oz bottle. Amber color, tall white foam. Smells of malts. Definitely an Amber Lager of even a Vienna. Tastes of lightly toasted cereal, earthy hops notes. Wooded flavors in the finish. Perfect to drink with a meal. (4288)
