12oz bottle poured into a Lager Glass at 42°. Color is a deep golden that has a bit of amber. Carbonation is good producing a thin white head. Aroma is a slightly sour malt scent. It has a light body with a crisp light mouth feel. Flavor is light caramel and a touch of hops then a very light bitterness. After taste is clean leaving you with a smooth feel. Overall this is an easy drinking brew. Ratman197 (14822) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - FEB 6, 2012
Bottle poured a clear reddish amber with a small lasting amber hgead. Aromas of carmel, earthiness and toasted malt. Palate was medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel, toasted malt and light earthiness with a crisp lingering malty finish. ben4321 (6500) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - DEC 23, 2012

Aroma: The nose has caramel malts, some doughy notes, earth, and a little paper
Appearance: Pours a dark reddish-orange color with a foamy beige head leaving medium-heavy lace
Flavor: The taste is fairly malty, with a medium sweetness, and a light earthy hop bitterness
Palate: It is light-medium, has a nice, clean feel, average carbonation, and a lightly dry finish
Weirdly, I’m on my 3rd straight Reddish beer of the day (not intentional, even though it’s Christmas Weekend, it must just be a case of them all being Winter seasonals). Anyway, this is a decent beer, but nothing stands out for me.
Very red amber with lasting thin off-white head; aroma of skunk or burnt rubber; Flava is tangy and dry but not bitter or hoppy or sweet; feels very watery but with fizz; finishes dry and grainy with touch of hop morrdt (715) - Jacksonville, Florida, USA - JUL 15, 2013
Late rating. 12 ounce single bottle picked up at Total Wine and More in Huntersville, NC. Pours a nice golden color with a light tan head. Aromas of toasted grain, malt. Medium body, average carbonation. Flavor is mostly toasted and caramel malts that finishes dry, crisp and clean. Not bad.

Keg @ Sedona. The pour’s medium amber with a small head. The nose is of strong caramel. Hints of cocoa. Pain au chocolate. Bready body. More cocoa. Nice creamy mouthfeel. Light body, moderate carbonation. Solid. stevoj (5033) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JAN 3, 2015
Decent Vienna lager, beautiful pour, average sweet malt aroma and taste. Orange copper body and immediate fluffy head. Medium weight, but no winter spice, as others have mentioned. Pure Vienna all the way. JPDIPSO (6223) - Wauwatosa, USA - DEC 29, 2015
Dark amber to copper color. Modest, but stable ecru head. Grainy, malty, bready scents. Just a hint of herbal hops. Mostly malty flavors with toasted and caramel malt. Light sweetness lingers through to the end. Could use a touch more hopping, but nt a bad amber lager (something I’m usually not real keen on). jsquire (4483) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - JAN 18, 2016
Light amber color with a fluffy off white head that left sheets of lacing on the glass. Light grain and honey nose. Some sour dough bread notes with caramel and honey sweetness and a bit of earthy bitterness in the finish. pjk33 (390) - Sligo - Curllsville Heights, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 14, 2005
Bottle. No clue who sent me this... maybe I bought it. Pours a cloudy amber with a medium head and a little bit of lacing. Looks rather boring. Toasty, malty nose with slight hop, but not much. Flavor gets much better with 2nd and 3rd drink. Nice and biting with a dry finish. This is a good and crisp beer that I believe fits the style well and is a fine brew. Body is of course light, but nice brisk carbonation. Good stuff.
