3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured a clear yellow, with a slight head that laced nicely. Aroma was mild hops. Taste was mild and hopped, some bitter on the front. Mouthfeel was OK, bittering on back was good.
Draft. Straw beer with a whitish head. Light spice and light grass aroma. Spice and malt flavor. Medium bodied. Spice and malt linger with light grass. slowrunner77 (13206) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 5, 2014
"the aroma (more the malt profile than the hops) was a bit harsh in this one. just not to my liking. it was otherwise an average pilsner at best. not very intruiging."

On tap at the brewpub in Ukiah.
Pour is golden, slightly hazy, with a very good head and very good sticky lacing. Should have more clarity.
Aroma: herbal and floral hops with just a hint of light malts.
Flavor: too much like a macro lager.
Feel: light bodied with medium carbonation level.
O: light and refreshing, but just OK for style. bnoel09 (588) - Elk Grove, California, USA - AUG 10, 2012
Sampler at the brewpub. Light grainy aroma. Flavor is pretty typical
Pilsner, but a little too sweet and grainy for my tastes. decaturstevo (6343) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - MAR 2, 2012
Hazed yellow pour with watery white head and lace. Lemon and paper aroma. Lemon, sour malt, and skunk. Thin and watery. Not as good as the number indicate. SpringsLicker (3685) - Tennessee, USA - APR 2, 2011
Still nothing else to do tasting with Suttree.
Clear yellow with virtually no head.
Grass and corn aroma.
Lightly sweet, some sourness, with a dry finish.

Whitish yellow, white cover. Aroma is grassy, sweet pils malt. Taste is again sweet, crisp, grassy. Really fantastic. Suttree (6541) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - DEC 27, 2010
Maybe I was just in the mood for this, but I thoroughly enjoyed this pils. Pours pale yellow, with a thin schmear of white foam on top. Grainy, lightly spicy, lightly toasty aroma. Flavor is also grainy, with a very asssertive hop bite at the end. Very clean palate, no off flavors and seems to be very fresh. From a can, and served fairly cold. jcwattsrugger (12559) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - MAR 9, 2010
on tap-pours a retaining tight white head that lacss and hazy straw color. Aroma is grain, some lemon. Taste is sweet grain, secondary lemon/grass/spice hops. Finishes with a bite.
