A good ale. To my knowledge only available at the old spot in Dursley. But if you’re near the pub definitely have a pint. JorgeLee (2312) - Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 2, 2012
Cask at the Old Spot, Dursley. Deep colour, ruddy brown with not much head. A pleasant malty beer, with a full fruity flavour with forest berries. Some of these West Country beers are a bit sweet and bland for me, but this is lovely, complex and with enough dryness to make it moreish. Cask at GBBF 2010. A hazy amber beer with no head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, as well as a light note of bread.
