Tap at the Brauerei. Pours cloudy yellow with a large, frothy white head, long retention with light lacing. Aroma is cracker and Pils malt with earthy hops. Flavor is cracker and Pils malt, light earthy and spicy hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation. Erzengel (9629) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JAN 4, 2015
Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle! Best before 04.12.14. The beer starts malty-sweetish with a nice malt-profile. In the mainpart there comes a nice and well-fitting bitterness, that creates a great Keller-Bier profile. A slightly mouldy yeast fits in well. The aftertaste is malty with hints of earth and nuts and a nice moderate bitterness. Great Kellerbier! MichaelAwesome (6546) - Wanne-Eickel, GERMANY - NOV 26, 2014
Nettes Keller ohne große Höhepunkte. Auf der einen Seite getreidig mit ein wenig Heu, auf der anderen leicht malzig und erdig angehaucht. In Ordnung. McTapps (6976) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - NOV 26, 2014

Bottle (thanx to Quack-Duck !): Pale golden, hazy to cloudy, quite stable lacy, white creamy head; sweet-grainy nose with a tinge of fruitiness and some hoppy traces; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour; soft MF; shorter hoppy-malty finish. Quite inoffensive, but not unpleasant.........
