decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - MAR 12, 2012
Gold pour with creamy off white head and lace. Grapefruit dominates the aroma followed by caramel malt. Flat malt followed by a citrus bitter that transititions to a resiny hint and then back to citrus. Medium/light bodied with good carbonation.

Pint glass at the Lake location- served an opaque brown with dark copper shading color, minimal tiny bubble head with some lacing. Aroma of pine and floral hops with caramel hidden in the background. Hits the mouth with a light medium body, malt has just enough sweetness for my liking, middle holds up well, finish is mildly acidic and still has a touch of sweetness in it.

Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - OCT 29, 2011
On tap at the brewpub. The beer pours an amber color with a white head. The aroma is fairly hoppy. I get a lot of orange citrus notes, as well as a little bit of other tropical fruit, some grass and some biscuit malt. The flavor is also nice and hoppy. I get some orange and pine notes, as well as some bread and a little bit of grass. Te alcohol is well hidden and the bitterness is low. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Watery amber color. Almost opaque. Malty aroma. Bland grassy flavor with a bit of molasses. Good bite. Refreshingly bitter and a little gummy.

Had on tap at the brewpub with Cavie while visiting Texas. Don’t have good notes for this one, but I don’t recall it being particularly memorable.
