Rated on 02-18-2013 at Uncle Buck’s. The appearance of this draft beer is a tan head that mostly diminishes, no carbonation observed, and a good amount of lacing adorns my glass. The aroma is caramel and pine hops. The flavor is lightly bitter, caramel and pine hops. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is medium bodied. This beer has no stand out characteristic to it. It is a light drinking beer even at 7%ABV. Jay_Dubbz (103) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 18, 2014
23oz draft at Uncle Bucks in Dallas TX. Decent for a locally made microbrew. Nothing memorable, but in line with expectations and drinkable.

On tap at the brewpub in 2012 (Backlog) - Copper in color with a small off-white head. Aroma is of leaves, light woody hops, malt and caramel. taste is of earth, light grass, malt and dried brush. travita (5008) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 11, 2013
Tap at the brewpub. The look is red in color, hazy, and has a beige colored head. The smell is wood, caramel, malt, tannins, and mush. The taste is wood, caramel, and malt. theisti (4237) - Kansas, USA - MAR 5, 2013
5 ounce draft as part of the sampler. Served in a nice mini footed Pils glass. The pour is a light hazed copper orange, with a minimal off white head, and nice coating lace. The aroma is light cereal grain malt, floral, mildly resinous hop. The taste us the roughness of the floral and resin hop, balanced nicely with the grain malt. The palate is medium to light bodied, low carbonation level, and a cleanish finish. Easy enough to drink, the class of the taster for what that was worth.

Clear light amber with a sticky laceful white head. Really odd nose of stale leafy hops, pine, sweet apple-butter-biscuit, and mineral water. Flavor had a lot of caramel malts but it was unfortunately muddled with some stale leafy hoppiness, piney bitterness, some sort of weird astringency, and mineral water. Lost potential, it seems. thedm (6320) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - FEB 21, 2013
This draft brew from the brewery poured a head of foamy with a frothy top fine to medium sized off-white colored bubbles that were and left behind a no visible carbonation slightly hazy light red brown colored body. The mild aroma was hoppy and brown malt. The smooth mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a mild hoppy aftertaste. The mild flavor contained notes of crystal malt Irish red malt and brown malt. An OK brew just nothing special.

Flight Sample - was hoppy on the first taste. Had a nice caramel flavor to it. A better mouthfeel than most of the other brews at this place. RobertDale (6977) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - JAN 11, 2012

Copper color. Funky nutty malty aroma. Lodge taste... malt and sweet funk. Goody taste and brocolli aftertaste.
