This is one of the best Porters I have ever had. Lots of CO2 throughout. Had it in the can. Was awesome.
This brew is a dark brown color with a medium thick light beige head that dissipates gradually to a film. Patchy lacing. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and anise. Medium body with flavors of burnt malt, black licorice, dark fruit and dark chocolate. The finish is roasty with a malt and anise aftertaste. Decent overall.
