Tap. Hazy bright gold color with a tiny white head. The nose is fresh, sweet, a bit of yeasty funkiness. The taste is quite tart. Plenty of green apple flavor. Some ginger. Lime. Citrus. Mouth puckering. Yeasty dry finish. Medium body. Subtle carbonation. Overall, not a favorite. A very unique, strange flavor though. HonkeyBra (4044) - Lemont, Illinois, USA - MAR 3, 2012
16 oz. can. Hazy orange pour with small film of white head. Aroma of citrus, sweet malts, quite earthy with strong pale malts. A bit nutty. Bits of grass and lemon. Flavor is fruity, mild citrus, some honey bread. Pale malt, barley, nuts. I’ve always thought organic beers were always a bit odd. This is no different. Odd, nutty, grainy. This is weird. Medium bodied, decent carbonation. Weird. deyholla (12289) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 3, 2012
On tap at Local Option. Pours a hazy hold with a white that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grain with light citrus note, flora and a bit of light spice. Flavor starts with smooth grains with a bit of light citrus and backing spice. Leafs93 (2343) - Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 20, 2012
Pours gold with a large frothy white head that sticks around. Aroma is earthy, spicy, citrus and grass. Taste is citrus sweet with a little spiciness on the finish. Refreshing Benjii (3050) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - FEB 15, 2012
On keg at the Craft Beer Co. Pours a light golden colour with a fair white head. Quite a yeasty aroma with apple seed, caramel and alcohol. Similar yeasty flavours with mild carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. Quite a dry finish. Not really my thing.

Keg at Craft. Pale gold colour with small white head. Aroma is grape juice, sweet and fruity. Bit of white wine, bit apple and bit yeasty. Taste is very appley, and grape, and very Belgian style yeastiness. Dangerously drinkable and quite crisp. Very nice. madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - FEB 11, 2012

On tap at the Craft. Clear gold beer, little white head. Light semi crisp palate. Appley. Very very appley. Pale malt and apples. A little caramel. Semi dry finish. Can’t believe this is right, it’s certainly not drinkable.
500 ml can. Bought at wine works in Marlton, New Jersey. Crisp clean and well balanced. Nice replication of a trappist style. Slight poppy seed nose and taste. Straw color with a creamy head. Definitely would recommend. Look forward to other offerings. tiggmtl (4543) - East York, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 28, 2012
Fruity sweet aroma is pleasant and light. Clear golden body is topped by a low white head that recedes to a partial cover. Flavour is quite sweet and fruity as the aroma suggests. Pretty straight-forward and quaffable. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Shaker glass. Fridge temperature. Can from Brewery Creek in Jan 2012. Brand new to NJ Uncommon Brewery is definately innovative!! I was able to taste this beer from Main street wine cellars in Madison NJ All Organic from whats inside to the packaging, recyclable 16 oz cans with a green carrying top that keeps the 4 cans together! Very cool and the juice inside is pretty much the most "zingy est" beer Ive ever tasted!
