SinH4 (4943) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - NOV 18, 2015
Quite a dark brown color with a creamy white head. Aroma is wheaty, earthy, maybe hints of bananas (or what you associate with a Hefeweizen), strawberries. Taste is earthy, spicy, bananas, some bubblegum, a bit nutty, refreshing finish. Not as malt-forward as the color indicates. A daring Weizen, but a very good one. Not too complex or interesting, but just good. And for this ABV, chapeau!

Dark brown/orange in colour, murky with hardly any head. Fizzy in the glass, nose is slightly smoky baked beans. Smooth taste and a little wheaty.

Sehr dunkles Weizen mit schöner beiger Schaumkrone. Im Aroma erdig, karamellig, gar keine Banane. Im Geschmack überraschend trocken, Nelke, Erde. Ziemlich herb für ein Weizen.

kajser27 (1861) - Zagreb, CROATIA - AUG 21, 2015
Brown colored, darker than most weizen, cloudy, sediment floaters, moderate offwhite head, not very lasting. Aroma is quite yeasty, bit acidic, banana bready and less cloves. Taste is moderate sweet wheat, bread, bit of toast and caramel, moderate fruity banana and less clove notes, bit acidic much less than in the aroma. Medium+ bodied, thick, medium+ carbonation.

WillemsUrenkel (1901) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - JUN 19, 2015
0,5 l bottle. Expected a cloudy orange in the glass. Surprisingly I see a murky copper with a two finger head. Low citrus and yeast on the nose. Taste starts more fresh sweet berriefruity, low yeasty. Malt in the second row. Little bit like cherry cola. Sorry ... Decent bitterness, fruity dry aftertaste. Not a typical Hefeweizen, but not bad.

MikeKeller (955) - Kemi, FINLAND - OCT 4, 2014
Bottle from Gourmondo. Hazy brown beer with a dissapearing bubbly head. Lots of ripe bananas with rye and dry after taste. Very unusual hefeweizen (or should this be dunkelweizen) which I didn’t enjoy so much.

3.2
Armadill0 (361) - FINLAND - AUG 16, 2014
Bottle. Brown, cloudy with a small thick white head. Aroma has banana and malt. Taste has roasted malt, banana, ripe fruit and nut. Smooth mouthfeel, creamy aftertaste.
