Light unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, oxidide, fruity, sherry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy, orange fruity and oxidised malty. Sweet orange fruity, peachy and citrusy flavoured. Distinct yeasty presence. Fruity phenolic flavoured into a medium dry finish. Ungstrup (38902) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAR 17, 2004
The aroma is sweet with notes of flowers and corriander. The color is an unclear dark yellow and it has a fine head. The flavor is very sweet fruity with notes of yeast and flowers. The end is bitter and dry, but then it turns into a honey sweetness that lingers. A very fresh beer - especially considering the 11% ABV. joergen (29598) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 9, 2006

Cloudy amber beer. Fruity zingy malt nose - nice! Light dry palate. Low carbonation. Like a Belgian Tripel but stronger and less of that sweet malt. More fruit before an aniseed alcohol finish. Typically eclectic Unibroue and quite drinkable.
Bottled. Pale orange and cloudy. Fruity nose (apricot and oranges). Lively and peppery with lively mouthfeel. Dryish and vinous, both pleasant and complex. Unibroue has so many blond beers it's getting hard to distinguish them, but this one is excellent regardless. Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 22, 2009
Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a hazy yellow with an off-white head. Oxidized and very pleasant and sophisticated Sherry aroma. Rich body, fruity and pleasant again with an oxidized edge that really rounds it off pleasantly. Low in carbonation but high in alcohol. Yummy! Hazy deep blond color, poor head retention. Good aroma, malty and with some honey. The body strength and the carbonation are very good, even after so many years; dry malt flavor, evident alcohol warmth, correct bitterness. Interesting and pleasant; it kept up very well with the age.

Hazy blond color, big head. Tripel aroma, malty, dry, spicy, oranges. The flavor improves while oxydizing; round, malty, some fruitness, well balanced (sweetness and bitterness; low alcohol perception). Another good one by Unibroue, but just slightly different from the others.
Bottle at LCRBM3. Cloudy orange. It has some mellow vanilla, bit of mint too. Murray mints. Some fruit. Banana. Not that good.
