75 cL bottle, thanks to joergen. Pours hazy orange with a white head leaving nice curtains. Dried roasted malt and slight dried fruit and a slight malty aroma. Flavour is mellow, slight sweet but most of all spiced with a spice I cannot make out. Not too good to be honest. Ungstrup (37560) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 2, 2007
Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of over ripe fruits as well as some fresh fruit, on a malty back ground. The flavor is sweet with notes of over ripe fruits, alcohol, and fresh peaches. joergen (28103) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 2, 2007

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is spices, caramel malts, sugary and mild alcohol. Flavour is rather sweet sugar, some mild spices, and yeast and some nectar. Rather sweet, but also shows a more wooden side that probably has come with aging this beauty. omhper (25096) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAY 30, 2008
Bottled. Cloudy amber, rich lively head. Almondy nose with herbal spices. Sweet and caramelly, lively and sparkling with notes of pears and fruit salad. Grassy finish with some coriander. A compleax and arousing beer. Unibroue’s releases may be rather similar, but they’re still top class! Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 2, 2007
(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of joergen. Hazy, amber golden with an off-white head leaving some laces. Aroma of yeast and fruit. Full-bodied, sweetish caramel and plenty of brown sugar. Appears a little tired. I really wish that Unibroue would renew themselves instead of putting out a seemingly endless row of yeasty, over carbonated and uninspired Belgian strongs. This is becoming a little tedious. 280907 madmitch76 (24789) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUL 30, 2012

Hazy amber beer, fluffy white head. Light palate, slightly soft. Creamy soft malt, a little dry. Yields to pleasant fruits, mild orange and a trace of pear. Finishes soft and dry with a carbonated sting. A little yeast in there as well. Pleasant enough if a little dry.
Bottle at home ... Deep orange ... salty hop ... powerfull yeasty orange fruity ... quite sweet ... quite a salty drying bitterness in linger ... but in the end at least today im not really enjoying it.
