Pale hazy khaki color with light white head and lacing. The aroma is very yeasty & citrusy with banana and clove notes as well. The flavor is zesty and carbonated with a smooth wheat flavor. Finishes yeasty and light with just a touch of banana bite. JK (6289) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - APR 4, 2004
UPDATED: OCT 24, 2004 I have been waiting to try this for more than a year and was disappointed, especially because this is one of my favorite styles, and the beer is expensive.
Appearance was great, very light yellow with a large white head. Good citrus aroma. Flavor is slightly sweet with very little spice. Thinner than I like.
Aroma and appearance are the best qualities, taste is little better than Point White Bier. Beer Snob (501) - Ontario, CANADA - MAR 28, 2004
Crisp citrus flavour with a hint of bitterness and a nice mild aftertaste. A wonderfully easy beer to sip on a hot day (or on a snowy one for that matter). harlequinn (2744) - Tacoma, Washington, USA - MAR 20, 2004
Pours a very interesting two tonw light to lighter ratio in my Schneider Weisse glass, with a nice two-finger fluffy head. The aroma is full of light fruits, predominantly peaches and pears. The taste is tart and tangy with some light acidity, that leads into a mellow clove and banana yeastiness. Flavors are creamy and lingering, but not overly complex. Just very crisp, bitter and easy to drink. JoeMcPhee (9550) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 20, 2004
Orange-yellow with a creamy white head. Hazy appearance. Aroma of citrus, yeast, and some light coriander. Taste is very similar to smell, but the citrus character is more apparent.

Pale orange and cloudy with a lovely big head - then, its gone! Aromas are heavily citrus with yeasty notes. Flavours are almost creamy lemon and yeast with some strawberry (I think). The mouthfeel is initially too sparkly, then settles down into a smoother feel. I was surprised how good this was. YourDarkLord (1800) - Urbana, Illinois, USA - MAR 8, 2004
Pale yellow with creamy white head. Citrus tones and some vanilla. Flavor was unremarkable. Enniskillen (2061) - Bakersfield, California, USA - MAR 8, 2004
Pretty nice & smooth taste. Feel is really light, decent head. Fruity/Malt taste. sloth (2936) - Ceciltucky, Co., Maryland, USA - MAR 7, 2004
Large white head, good retention and lace. Hazy straw color. Lightly spicey nose, caramel notes. Light body, good carbonation. More complex malt and fruit flavors than most wits. Citrusy flavors. Finish is dry, crisp, nice. NVBeer232 (467) - Reno, Nevada, USA - FEB 27, 2004
Soft orange color. Mandarin nose. Pretty full bodied for a Wit. Not blown away the average citrusy flavors. Wheat is assertive on the finish which was slightly dry, with the orange flavors returning a faintly. Good, but not overly impressed.
